High 5 was available on the weekend to come investigate and fix a ceiling leak that was dripping from the second floor onto the main floor causing us much panic on a Saturday morning.Brian came over within a couple hours to not only source the issue and address it but also provide his professional evaluation of our ongoing basem*nt renovation plumbing and potential code violations. He pointed out the new materials the subcontractors used (they chose the lowest quality kind) were not the self-healing pex that was so-called better than our original copper pipes (which our general contractor claimed) but also detailed the issues with what could happen if the basem*nt renovation plumbing was not addressed.He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Highly recommend and decently priced especially for a weekend emergency.

Very responsive in setting up the service and very good communication regarding arrival. The techs were friendly, efficient and accommodating to our request that they mask.The cost for the service, however, was nearly twice what we’ve paid for a similar service in the past. Were it not that we needed plumbing immediately I would’ve gotten a different vendor on the cost alone.

Steven was a great technician. Talked us through the service options and what would be best over time. High 5 offers a range of services, can usually get a technician out quickly and they are always friendly and professional.

Josh was a great representative of High 5! Courteous and clean and was able to take care of our issue in a timely manner! I hope I don’t have plumbing issues going forward, but if I do, High 5 is the only company I will call!

Amanda was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helped me sort out sump pump repair options. What I thought was a leaky shower faucet turned out to be a due to a defective pressure relief valve resulting in a water pressure of 110 psi. Rather than replace an expensive faucet cartridge, the PRV was replaced and the water pressure was adjusted to 70 psi which solved the problem.I will definitely ask for Amanda again.

My wife and I just bought a home in Lakewood. In a fit of overconfident plumbing we decided we could install a new laundry room sink ourselves. Uninstalling the old one went fine, but once faced with the old pipes looking at me, we were blocked. After several trips to Ace I managed to almost get everything hooked up. Turning the water on I immediately flooded the laundry room. Shutting the main off, we immediately started calling plumbers for help. After getting a confirmation from unnamed company, we waited 4 hours to be rescheduled. The next day, same company said they would be there between 11-3. At 4 PM MST we called for the third time that day and was told no one was coming. That's when, by the grace of some higher power, we found High 5 Plumbing. Not only did they confirm someone was coming, they sent us their picture and a way to track them. Within 1.5 hours Chris showed up. He quickly and professionally assessed what was going on and after some research provided us 4 options to install the sink and get our water back that night. Chris knocked the job out within 40 minutes, providing us the best option that installed our sink and allowed us to shut off said sink in the future and keep our water on. We were so impressed we joined the High 5 membership and are not looking back. I cannot recommend High 5 or Chris enough. Five stars, five wrenches, five whatever you got. Just call High 5!

They had everything set up, to service our condo understood the address and 12th floor of our rental unit. Our tenant made special arrangements to fit their schedule. They called mid day and told us they would be on the later side of the time slot and that was fine. Halfway through the time slot they called and said that they don’t do high rises. Had they told us that upfront we could have made other arrangements and now we are stuck waiting for next week to find someone else. Beware of this company that flaked out on us. Open to suggestions for plumbers that actually show up.

Our basem*nt flooded from a broken sump pump the other day. Called up High 5 and Peter came to our house within 30 minutes and had our new sump pump installed a few hours later. I'm extemely happy with the service and the technician, Peter. He was not only quick but genuinely a great guy! I would use their services again without question

Josh was extremely friendly and professional! Deserved the high five name and the high five at the end of the day. Thank you for being so fast and clean. With a 2 yr old our lives are hectic enough without having to wait for hours on service calls and clean up after someone else. Josh was there promptly at the beginning of the arrival window and worked fast and cleanly. Not to mention stayed within our budget. Thank you high five!!

We called HighFive to request service for our home because we experienced a sudden drop in water pressure. HighFive came out the very next day. Our expert, Zach, did a great job of explaining what was going on, what was not working and how it should work, as well as why it was important for it to work. We were given options, and honest feedback from our questions, and our service we selected was performed same day at the quoted amount. We would recommend HighFive for plumbing needs, especially those that are more complex in nature. Zach even constructed replacement piping to the maximum extent prior to turning off the water in order to make less of a burden on our family. We will be going back to these guys for any plumbing needs in the future.

Dan was very friendly & knowledgeable of his trade. He thoroughly checked out our existing water heater & determined the issue almost immediately. He was very patient with us when we were determing how to finance the tankless water heater. He laid plastic wrap on our stairs & the carpet leading to the mechanical room to ensure he didn't damage or stain the carpet. It did take quite some time for the installation to be completed but that wasn't a big deal. My daughter fell in love with Dan & by the end of the day, she was calling him her best friend. He was so sweet to her; we really enjoyed having him do the installation. Dan was very personable & friendly. I would definitely recommend using High 5 Plumbing & Dan, specifically.

Called this morning about a backed up system and they sent Mark Marfil out just a couple hours later. After walking me through what he was doing to diagnose the problem he then walked me through 3 different options and the benefits of each. He was very friendly and was more than willing to give me other plumbing tips. I would for sure use this company again. Especially if I was guaranteed Mark would be back to help!!

Technician accessed problem. Did further investigation as to why water appeared cloudy only in one sink. Figured out that the slow pressure coming out of faucet is causing cloudiness build up. Also recommended that the water heater be replace. Very nice guy. Explained everything very well. Great job!

Morgan fixed our cracked irrigation overflow valve and had excellent feedback for preventing the problem in the future. He was professional, courteous, and left a clean workspace.

Peter was great. He replaced the busted pipe to our sprinkler system that froze over the winter and figured out what caused the issue and corrected that as well. He also tackled a separate issue we were having with our tub while he was there. Love the two hour window and he was right on time. Would definitely recommend.

Jose was on time, explained everything thoroughly, and was efficient and polite. Very satisfied.

The technician texted me prior to our appointment confirming the time of arrival which I appreciate very much. And when Daniel Penned (technician) arrived he was professional, wore his booties to keep our home clean and repair our two toilets very quickly and efficiently. I am SO impressed with this place. I got an appointment reminder after we hung up the phone. The morning of my appointment I got a text with a picture of my service guy as well as a history of who he is. I loved this! I also got a tracker to see how far away he was! When he arrived, he was virtuous, knowledgeable, and reasonable in price! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Had a very stubborn and compacted clog. I wasn’t able to do it myself after hours of trying. My technicians got it done with ease. They were professional, clean and very nice! A couple of the other Denver plumbing companies were a week out on repair, but High 5 was here in less than an hour after my initial call and the price was worth it. I will recommend High 5 up and down the street all day long and twice on Sunday!

David from High 5 Plumbing came and fixed my water pressure valve. He was thorough, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Will ask for him the next time I need a plumber.

Called after we found a burst pipe and Brian was on site within an hour. Repair was done quickly and professionally and our water was back on within a few hours. Professional and courteous, talked us through options and gave pricing before doing any work. Would highly recommend.

Jerry is a phenomenal technician with great communication checking in with us throughout the day. The installs of two toilets, pop-up drains, kitchen sink valve & toilet retrofit were perfect!

Dakota was super helpful, friendly, and patient with me as he walked through my issue and resolution. He made this experience very manageable. I hope he is getting the recognition he deserves. One critique I have for the company is the cost for work is highly inflated. The only reason for paying it is because I know now that my work has a warranty. I’m sure a few professional plumbers could have quoted me far less. Dakota deserves 10 out of 5 stars. The company, not so much for price gouging.

Called the company on a Friday night, they sent someone out first thing Saturday. Spent a good chunk of the day taking care of 2 different repairs. The whole team was super knowledgeable, professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything and made the process stress free. Would definitely recommend! Dominick did a great job and explained everything to me.

Chris got over to the house within hours of my phone call. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was quite satisfied. Their communication is top notch if that is important to you.

We had a pipe break at 10 pm and I used the chat feature on the website since it was after hours. I didn’t expect anyone to answer since it was so late but they did and we’re able to get out to our house first thing the next morning and get the pipe replaced. Zack was so helpful and all around awesome to work with. He put markers on all the valves so we knew where each turn off valve was. He also gave us referrals and just good tips for other areas of our water pipes. Zack was awesome and we would absolutely recommend High 5.

Jordan was very professional and worked diligently repairing a leak on our bathroom that was driving us nuts! He suggested various alternatives for us to be able to make a wise decision and fixed the damage quickly.

We requested rooter rooter service. I let the company know we were doing this for and upcoming move and needed it for the potential buyer. When the technician came out he did not have the necessary equipment to do the service. He did not even have ability to scope the line. We ended up paying the $49. service fee and received no service.When I called to express my unhappiness I was told I would get a call the following day. Three days later no call has happened.

I had hi 5 out for a quote to “tee in to my main water line “ and run about 20 foot of 3/4” pex pipe with a copper stub exiting the home to supply a back flow for a sprinkler system.The line would have to be run above the ceiling in the basem*nt. The tech said they would likely have to cut a few holes in the ceeling to guide the pipe. He issued a quote for $2,000.00They were polite. I’m sure work is quality but that price is astronomical.I bought the supplies at ace and did the job myself for 200$ And was done in about 3 hours.My wife helped pull the pipe as I pushed and we were able to route the pipe with out cutting any drywall.I’m not sure what a plumbers hourly rate is but if I was done in 3 hours, that puts their services at about 600$ per hour.I suppose it is possible that they did not want to do the job so they tossed out a very high price but regardless , 2,000$ for 20 feet of pex and a couple fittings is ridiculous

We have a rooftop swamp cooler that was leaking into the house. Justan was awesome. He found the issue, fixed it quickly, and stuck around for a while to make sure it wasn’t going to start leaking again. Great guy. Easy to talk to. Will definitely call High Five next time I need a plumber.

We hired High 5 to do a 5-figure job, essentially replacing most of our rotted piping underneath the house. They were very nice and courteous and completed the job on time. I think there were a few things they could have improved on: 1) Hardly any communication throughout the whole process. Didn't tell us they had cut pipe (leading to waste being flushed into our basem*nt floor) and didn't tell us that we were going to be without water overnight and into the early afternoon the next day (we didn't know until we saw water flooding our basem*nt and called THEM to ask what was going on). 2) Told us we didn't need a permit, but we looked up the laws and yes, a permit is needed. Tried to charge us extra for the permit after we already signed them on, but we got out of it. 3) We paid a deposit upon signing with them, but then they tried to request the full payment several times before the job was actually complete. Seemed really bizarre.

High 5 came out and swapped 2 leaky hose bibs for us. I was able to call and have the work done same-day. They were super professional and had great communication.

Tech was very knowledgeable, respectful, inviting and open to any questions or concerns I had. He made me feel as if I were apart of the repair process as well haha. Definitely worth the service and price! HIGHLY recommend Nick Rapp in Aurora. Plumbing savant!

Josh was friendly and did a quick temporary fix on our kitchen faucet without charging us. The dispatcher updated us regarding the anticipated ETA for the service. Will definitely call this company again!

We had water back up in the basem*nt on a friday around noon. My wife called and they were able to get us in on a cancellation that afternoon. Mike Matovina is why I am leaving this review. Its now 5:52pm and he just left after almost 3 hours of the most dilligent, care filled work I have ever witnessed. Its clear these guys are treated well and cared for because you feel it as a customer. Thank you Mike.

Davion Johnson is an incredible young man and did an awesome job. He let me know everything he was doing and did it all so well. Is there any possibility that I can adopt him? Awesome job Davion and High 5 Plumbing.

We had a delightful plumber named Dakota come to the house to diagnose a low water pressure issue in our kitchen faucet. He was incredibly professional and thorough, nicest guy you could ever meet! He took a pretty lengthy amount of time to type up an estimate and quoted us $3300.... we were absolutely floored with this amount! We quickly declined and paid the $49 service charge fee knowing good and well that this type of valve repair should cost no more than $1000 based on similar work we just had done in our basem*nt. He was very polite, understood why we were passing on the insane quote and left. He came back to our door after about 10 minutes and said there was a discrepancy in the original quote, he found a mistake, and the new quote was $1300. This was incredibly upsetting and we have read so many reviews like this in the Denver area. Had we been naive enough to accept the first quote, we would be out $2K just like that. We are in a recession! This is not Dakota's fault, this is the company's fault. We will go back to supporting individual plumbers who are fair and honest upfront. We may not get the bells and whistles, but we won't get swindled. I am a reasonable person and leave positive reviews 99.9% of the time because I believe in supporting businesses that do amazing work, but this one really got me.

As a chef of a wedding facility, it was a nightmare when our plumbing backed up in the banquet kitchen. I made the call to high 5 plumbing and had a tech here in about an hour. The folks there were great, from the lady who took my call to the tech, Josh Moya who got my problem solved. By far the best customer service I’ve had from ANY repair service I’ve used. THANK YOU ALL for a great experience.

Michael came out at 8:00 after some long calls ahead of us! We are very thankful he comes to help even late night on a Saturday! Sorry for spoiling his evening but very happy with his service and being so nice and helpful! We will defiantly be using their services again!

Appreciated the quick availability and communication, but did not at all appreciate the price or feeling like I was getting the classic auto-shop speak thrown at me. Issue was resolved, and since it was rather pressing due to basem*nt flooding, I'm glad for that, but I don't plan to use them again.

Several months back I experienced a sewer backup in my home. We had the line cleaned by a discount company, and then the line backed up again. We had a sewer scope performed which revealed normal root intrusion at several points in the line. We wanted to make sure we had the line cleaned out properly to clear all roots, so we had High 5 Plumbing come out. When we got the initial quote for about $400 for a main line sewer clean I was a bit taken aback, but was willing to pay for what I thought would be a level of service reflective of the price. They performed the cleaning and pulled up some roots to show me they had gotten everything, but a scope of the line was not performed. Fast forward a month and a half, and I had the line scoped again for other reasons by another contractor, only to reveal significant root intrusion in the line well beyond what would be expected over that short of a period. I reached out to High 5 showing them pictures of the roots that were not addressed and a manager called me back a couple days later. He essentially held his stance that the line was cleared since there was no more backup and water ran through the line. Despite providing my opinion on how I did not feel the line was even close to adequately cleaned, and for very obvious reasons, he brushed me off and said they were not willing to issue a refund for services that were done. The lack of effort to even remotely try to find a resolution was disheartening, and I would recommend you steer clear of this company for plumbing needs, as you are definitely not getting what you pay for.

I needed to have some work done for my home to pass inspection. Zach was on time, friendly and efficient. He even recommended some changes the new owner might want to make to have things be more efficient. I will definitely use High 5 Plumbing again!

The tracking is very nice to know when your technician will arrive. When Lucas got there he was polite and professional. He went over all of my options and let me pick what I wanted. He completed the work fast and cleaned up when he was done. Would definitely use again.

DO NOT USE THEM! i contacted this company to get a quote to replace my 50 Gallon Gas Hot Water Heater. The would NOT quote me over the phone. They absolutely insisted that their tech had to come and inspect my home to provide me a quote oh...and the tech visit would cost me $50. They tried to tell me that this is the Industry Standard Practice. I called 3 other companies and got phone quotes for no charge. If you have been doing business for any length of time, you should be able to provide a basic quote over the phone for a standard install with the caveat that, the price my be subject to change when your plumber is on site and can give you a full explanation for the differences (i.e.- have to bring up to code, need additional hardware, whatever). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

When I realized my sewer was spraying water into my crawlspace, I called the highest rated company on Yelp which was High 5. The estimator Peter showed up the next morning and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He worked with me on the price and was sympathetic to my situation. The first worker, Dominick, showed up the next day and through a tremendous effort, he managed to jackhammer 30sqft of concrete and dug up a HUGE amount of soil in the span of 8 hours. It was impressive and he was very polite and friendly the whole time. This was on a saturday, mind you. Then on Monday Jesus showed up and very efficiently installed new sewer pipe and replaced all the dirt and concrete, again with total professionalism and was just as friendly as everyone else I had worked with thus far. All in all, I am very satisfied with how they handled themselves and how quickly I was able to get a sewer emergency resolved with this company.

We have spent many thousands of dollars with this company in the last year. When our water heater broke, and I was busy at work, they conned my wife into agreeing to pay almost $5000 for a new water heater. I flipped out, and told them to stop work, and magically the price changed to $2900 because somehow “ they got the wrong price from management “. Very shady unethical business practice to try to scam people until they call you on it, and then still over charge, but at least keep it within reason

Steven was extremely professional and very helpful. He replaced our main water pipe with a new valve and the price was extremely fair. He took about 40 mins total. My girlfriend and I were extremely pleased and relieved. It’s hot and we couldn’t have our water on she to a broken line, but now everything works awesome! Thank you Steven! They answered my call after a couple of rings and were at my house within a couple of hours, very responsive and quick (which is what I needed after battling my water heater for days). I probably could have paid someone else less for the same job, but I'm pleased with the quality of work, it comes with a two year warranty, and my plumber dude was respectful, honest, happy to answer all my random plumbing questions, and gimme some guidance on future projects, so what the hell, take my money!

Mark was great! Diagnosed my plumbing problem and fixed it. I will say that it's expensive but now I understand a bit more why. That is, the cost of liability insurance, the availability they have of keeping their trucks, the number of employees, etc., that a 'lone' plumber may not have. It made sense. I tried some of the smaller companies first but only High 5 had someone to come over at 8 a.m. even when the others were 24/7. Personally, Mark was so nice to work with and so easy going. I like keeping my money but I'm gonna miss the guy!

I had to have some water lines capped under my house so I could remove an unwanted sink. I’ll admit I was nervous about going with a company I hadn’t worked with for the first time & about how much it would cost. BUT, Lucas set my mind at ease right away. CJ was amazing!! After buying our home we had a leak in our main water line. You could imagine how disappointed we were as we hadn't even moved in yet. From start to finish CJ was with us, answering questions, advising us on how to handle specific issues and took our calls whenever we had questions. Josh came and installed a new water heater for us. He and one other tech were both very professional and personable. They got the job done well, and quickly.

I had water spraying from the hoses at the top of my water heater. I checked with Hone Advisor and High Five was one of three recommended. They called me before I was done with Home Advisor and had a technician out in about an hour. He looked things over, came my a couple of options and began work as soon as I made my choice. Completed quickly, cleaned up after himself and answered all of my questions. I will use them again if needed.

Dominick was great and really knew what he was doing. The company is a corporate plumbing company and charges WAY TOO MUCH! $390 for a single shutoff valve that took 15 minutes. I will never use a corporate plumber again. Plus there is a built-in sales pitch to convince you to get a membership for $200 per year.

Dan and his crew did an excellent job in describing the issue, coming up with a solution and being fair on the price. They also did a great job containing the mess in the house and cleaning up. I really appreciate the overall customer service experience!

We needed someone to help us unclog our toilet today because our son flushed a car. We called them and someone was out to our house that same day. John Underwood went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Will definitely use them again!

Ryan and Joe were fantastic- friendly, polite, efficient, communicative and very clean. We called High Five when we had a sewage backup into a bathtub on a Friday afternoon. They arrived within the hour and took care of our problem. I’m very impressed and will definitely call them again.

After waiting for 10 hours from another service I called High Five hoping they could fix my water emergency. Caleb was at my house less than an hour from calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in about an hour. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions and walk me through how the new equipment works. I had the best experience with High 5 plumbing. From the initial call with follow up emails and text messages on the status of my appointment to the plumber and technician. Jonathan hance had the best energy. He was upbeat and knowledgeable. I had an unfortunate situation arise when I caught a man looking into my daughters window while Jonathan was assessing the damage. He didn't hesitate to run outside and try to track him down as he himself has daughters at home. A neighbor ended up calling law enforcement and Jonathan spoke to the police as well. He also helped me move my daughters heavy fishtank out of her room to allow more space. I am a single mother and everything Jonathan did was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for anything better. He went over and beyond. I am extremely grateful. Jason Delgado also went out of his way to help. He was very patient, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful in Turning the water back on for all of the condo's. Lastly I received a follow call to make sure everything went ok. I felt like I was in good hands all day. High 5 plumbing took a bad situation for me and turned it around. I will always use this company going forward. Thank you for everything!

First they were able to come see our issue day of, had text updates for arrival, and sent name and picture of the team member that will be arriving. Morgan was our technician, great guy! Thoroughly explained everything and went the extra mile to point out anything else beyond what we called for that he thought should be addressed. Price was reasonable and they had financing if needed. Worked quickly and efficiently. Without a doubt we will be using this company moving forward!

Great service! Our water heater broke just before a holiday weekend and we needed to get it fixed ASAP. We called High 5 Plumbing and the customer service rep was helpful and knowledgeable. Called High 5 with minor emergency and they had a plumber on site within one hour. Daniel spotted the problem immediately, repaired my leak, and provided additional advice and referrals. I can't say enough good things about High 5--from start to finish they were friendly, skilled, and professional. I'll definitely call High 5 for all future plumping work.

Great service, friendly and professional. It starts with customer service when setting up the appointment, and finishes with the post work follow-up. We are repeat customers, feel the service and value provided are consistent. Andre was our service technician, he took his time to snake the kitchen line twice, to ensure our sink was draining properly. He didn't try to upsell anything, simply offered advice for a few things he noticed about our plumbing. Another great experience.

First, it was really easy to schedule the service and they made the process very clear and easy. I got updates and even a photo of my plumber to know who to expect at my door. I was really worried I had a leak in my walls but they were able to determine it was just pipes knocking. My tech could have stopped there and left since there was nothing to really fix, but instead he helped rig a system so we wouldn't hear the knock anymore. I really appreciated the help and the cost for the whole visit was ridiculously low.

Don’t hand over your hard earned money to these thieves. These guys are more worried about selling you phony warranties than service. They quoted me an astronomical $460 just to replace a simple T&P valve for my water heater. Called BIG DOG plumbing which got it done in 10mins for $150. In addition my family and I experienced frozen pipe damage and was in a time of need in an emergency situation, instead of being understanding of the unforeseen circ*mstances going on, these guys charged me a ridiculous 5.7k to repair 12 burst. Completely took advantage of my family in a time of need leaving us in a very dire financial situation. These guys will rip you off. Don’t use them.

Dan was here on time, explained the information and completed the project in a timely manner. Two things that I was a bit concerned with is that a moan faucet kit costs $357, which is highly overpriced. I would be careful to over price items too much, because you can easily check online. Example, I found a better quality kit on Amazon, that I could of installed for less than $150. Time is valuable, but so is business. Second, I feel Dan could have been a bit more tidy with the insulation in the basem*nt, and I did have to ask him to caulk the shower area too. If you're going to work in $600 houses, than you should have higher standards on how you leave items. We are constantly communicating to neighbors, on social media, and Next Door with people that are looking for similar services in our area. Ask yourself, do you want one job from this area, or all the jobs from this area?Overall, Dan, and High Five Plumbing, did an adequate job for my project. The communication before, and during was the most positive thing I experienced. If you asked me if I'd use them again, I'd tell you, only if they take this review seriously.

We had an emergency situation with a clogged drain in the middle of a bathroom renovation. High 5’s entire team was unbelievably responsive and thorough. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced start to finish. Matt, our technician, was awesome! Highly recommend!

If you have a plumbing issue I suggest you keep looking and not use High 5. They busted up a large planter box of mine and left it that way. They did say they would fix it only time will tell. The main reason I say find a different plumber is now that the job is done I found out there are MANY other companies that could do the job with the same warranty for about half the cost. I asked for a repair of main line I was told that would not work and had to replace the whole thing. It cost about $12k I just found out from the city water worker that several companies would do it for $5k. I was in an emergency situation and they took advantage of it to charge me double. Finder another plumbing company if you want the same work done for half the cost!Follow-up: It has been 3.5 weeks and High 5 plumbing still have not fixed the damage caused by their workers. I received 2 emails stating they would make good on the repairs and still nothing. When I send emails now I do not get any response at all. Now I have to file a complaint with the BBB and contact the county court to file a case to get the repairs completed. AVOID this company al all costs. The WORST experience I have had EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Josh was great. My water heater died (after 18 years) and he replaced it quickly and easily. I know I could have kept costs lower if I'd installed the water heater myself, but I made the choice to pay more for convenience and peace of mind. I called earlier today and was immediately impressed by the quick response from this company. They seemed like they have their processes figured out for sure. Lucas showed up before my scheduled appointment, around 3:30pm, and he took quite some time with me to diagnose the issue, as it didn't seem to be reproducing the issue for him. We determined a possible solution based on the intermittent issues, and I trusted his suggestion. He didn't seem like he was pushing services or trying to upcharge me in any way. He kept things clean and tidy and he was quick with the repairs. We even got chatting about the new Mandalorian episodes and the kids really enjoyed having him in the house. The company called me shortly after to confirm things went alright.As someone who manages technicians I can appreciate every aspect of my interaction with this group from start to finish. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was cost as I didn't get second opinions, but if the issue is solved, then I'm good with it. These guys charge a fee to come out and give you a quote. The quote they give is always about 2 to 5 times the going rate! So you either WAY over pay for the work or you are stuck paying for them to give you an astronomically high estimate.

I scheduled time with this company to conduct a plumbing inspection for my condo that was recently renovated. I had to drive long distance to meet their plumber on time which was set and confirmed by them. After waiting more than 3 hours, no plumber had showed up. I called the company to inform them that their plumber did not show up. They informed me that they changed the scheduled time and they forgot to call me to inform me about the new time. I do not recommend dealing with this terrible company. This company is not professional and does not respect the customer time at all. Ver bad experience!

I just had the best experience with High 5 Plumbing. We were referred to them after a nightmare experience with another company. We needed our line fixed from our kitchen sink. They replaced my sewer main and did a great job. It would have been better if they’d put down some flooring protection to prevent getting dirt on our wood floors, but that was a minor issue and doesn’t detract from the quality of the work or their excellent customer service.

9/7- Jon Hance was on time, Knowledgeable, efficient and professional.He found a leaky valve and replaced 2 older shutoff valves11/8- Found water leaking from my above shower that had been repaired by Jon Hance on 9/7.On 11/9 High 5 promptly sent another technician out - Austin Friend, who quickly diagnosed that Jon had failed to adequately seal and fasten down the trim plate and spout in my shower, the 1st time, which I did not notice the 1st time. Austin sealed and tightened those fixtures. I will wait a few days for the caulking to seal and try it again to see if that took care of the problem. Austin was sure it would. They did not charge me for this service call.

This company is the most impressive I've ever worked with. Their customer service via phone, texts, and in-person is stellar. Caleb was the technician sent out. They even send a text photo of him so the customer knows who to expect once the technician arrives. Caleb diagnosed the problem, which turned out not to be a plumbing issue but, rather, an A/C one. The cost was certainly reasonable given the time and work entailed in diagnosing the problem. Caleb also cleaned up the dust resulting from him having to cut out a square of ceiling drywall. The phone operators who scheduled and followed up on the appointment were extremely professional. I would highly recommend High 5 Plumbing and will definitely use them again, as well as seek out their network of contractors moving forward.Thank you all!

Unfortunately we had a pipe freeze at one of our units during the last cold snap. Even though they were apparently swamped, High 5 was able to get in to fix the leaks within 2 days. They were on time, completed the repairs quickly and professionally, were in constant contact with me about the cost. Once this was completed they completed the invoice and provided pictures for my insurance to utilize.

After our basem*nt flooded after the big rain in May, we called High 5 Plumbing and Jason and Zach came out within an hour. It was decided that They would install a sump pump which should prevent flooding in the future. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and answered all of our questions. We had a home inspection report that said our main sewer line was blocked. Turns out the inspector did not scope our main line at all. High 5 came out right away, scoped the main line all the way to the city tap and did not see any obstruction or roots.We have used High 5 several times now for our sewer and they repaired our gas line. The office staff and workers are on time and communicate arrival times. They are always courteous and professional and have given us outstanding value for the work they have completed.

Situation: One of our toilets in the basem*nt was not draining. The sink and shower were draining okay but not perfect (truthfully we didn't test these too much - the toilet was plenty). We hypothesized that it might be an issue with our lift station, at which point we decided to call a pro.Our plumber was VERY prompt (even a bit early) and very kind. He took time to explain everything that he was doing, and answered our follow-up questions with patience and good information. I was a bit perturbed at the high price of the diagnostic fee. Conceptually, I understand why there is a diagnostic fee. Initially the plumber planned to open up the lift station. However after I signed and agreed to pay, the plumber did a very basic maneuver which fixed the issue. Still had to pay the fee, but it didn't seem like a $200+ job. Of course, a reasonable price for peace of mind. Water damage is no joke, especially when it's sewage.

My water heater cracked and leaked. Morgan Lowell from High 5 Plumbing was over that day, and prepared to work on it. Morgan inspected the water heater, and we agreed that it needed to be replaced. I was given a quote for a water heater of the size i asked for. The quote had 3 packages. No pressure sales, just options. I picked what i wanted, and it was installed in a few hours, and the utility space was cleaner than it was before the leak. The water heater has been working like a champ for a few weeks now. Highly recommend. Quick, friendly and professional service.

We called High 5 at the recommendation of our new contractor. We discovered a leak that was determined to be a clogged drain. (This work was done by our first contractor who we had to fire for many reasons.) They were able to send someone out same day. John arrived earlier than expected. He was professional and courteous. He researched the problem only to discover that it was much more than we expected. A cap was left on a drain pipe. There was a cracked pipe that was also leaking. Upon the opening of our ceiling, he found a sewer line that was incorrectly connected and also leaking. He explained every detail to me and my husband and showed us the exact locations of the problems. He explained the charges in detail to my husband and always asked for permission before he did anything. He put down tarps to protect our floor and he cleaned up when he was done. John was very detail oriented and we couldn’t have been happier with his service. We are new to the area and are glad to have found High 5 plumbing. We will not hesitate to use them and John again when the need arises.

Brian was professional and friendly and stayed until job was done. When more parts were needed, instead of leaving another person brought it to him. Service was to install a self bought whole house filtration system and they did the job I asked for instead of trying to re-sell me another one from another company like others did.

While their response was quick, process of getting someone on site was polished and their communication was great, I was incredibly disappointed in the service person’s assessment of the issue, list of remedies needed and the prices quoted out of the “company price book.” The individual quoted us at over $2,200 for repairs - some completely unnecessary - for what amounted to $60 in parts and a little over an hour of my time to repair. Our experience left us feeling saddened to think of countless others who may have been taken advantage of for far too much money in what felt like a dishonest assessment and an act of price gouging. Highly disappointed with our experience with this group and hope they will take this opportunity to consider revisiting their company mission, ethics, policies and pricing models to better serve their community.

This place charged me $50 to come to my house, then $280 to spend 20 minutes fiddling around with my water heater claiming it was a “diagnostic” check. The tech then tried several times to get me to just buy a new water heater through them. After I pointed out what the problem probably was, he quoted me $1500 to replace a $15 part. This 30min diagnostic & fix project was being billed at a minimum of 2hrs and at around $600/hr. I took a pass on their ridiculous offer. Businesses like this shouldn’t get away with ripping people off.

Prompt service when our sewage pump busted. Came within 30 minutes on a Saturday. Reasonable prices and got the job done. Would recommend to anyone in need of a plumber. Definitely made us high five when we heard the quote and the problem would be fixed in a few hours.

Called for a leaking valve, third plumber I called and first to actually answer the phone. They had an availability the same day, asked if I could do it and I said yes! Less than an hour later the plumber was there, and was a small job so he did it in an hour and a half. I am very happy with the work quality and how well they communicated with me. There was a $50 charge for coming and making an estimate, but I asked if that could be credited to the work done and they agreed, but be aware of that cost. Their cost felt a little higher, but their work was good and same-day work was amazing, so I was happy to pay it today.

Recent basem*nt flooding, we have requested consultation from several companies and unfortunately gotten different recommendations from each. That said, Clarence from High 5 was extremely polite and thoughtful, and I appreciated his matter-of-fact approach. There was also no pressure to sign a contract on the spot, a refreshing change for us in this whole ordeal. I was not aware of the $49 consultation fee if no work is done, but it is reasonable cost - just be aware.

Needed our main sewer line cleaned ASAP. I sent my request at night. First thing in the morning I got a text and voicemail. They were able to fit me in the same day. I got a text and photo of who would be showing up (nice touch). The guys were clean and courteous and got the job done. I was presented a few options along with the cleaning but no hard sell. I went with one useful upgrade. They may be a bit pricey but with the quick response, fitting me in, and constant updates of status via text that all adds value. It was definitely worth it.

High 5's response to my leaking water pipe was quick and professional. The work performed was satisfactory. However, the cost of the work was excessive. I've personally repaired leaking pipes in the past and knew that the work could be performed in about an hour. When I stated this to the plumber, he acknowledged the repair would be quick and said they go by a flat rate and not hourly. However, considering the cost of the repair was about $500, and accounting for travel time and such, the hourly rate was effectively somewhere between $300 to $500 per hour. And why did I go to engineering school if plumbers are making this kind of money?

I had a great experience Josh and he was able to come out same day when I called. I had a burst pipe that was in a difficult position to reach within my walls. He was able to access and repair it quickly and efficiently.

Did the repairs the same day. Very carefully about keeping the house and work area clean as well as explaining what repairs needed to be done. I highly recommend High 5!

The technician they sent out, Caleb, was very personable, professional and had a positive attitude. He took the time to explain everything and offered options. He did the work in a timely manner and double checked everything! He was conscientious, taking care to clean up after himself. I will use their service again!

Mark from High 5 came to give us some very bad news about our plumbing but was able to complete the work the same day. He was very quick with the work but very thorough in explaining exactly what was needed and how he was going to do it. Super pleasant, easy to work with, and the work has a 2-year warranty. Had some plumbing issues at one of our fire stations. Called High Five Plumbing and they sent out plumbing technician Daniel Gomez. Daniel explained to me what the problem was and needed to be done to correct problem. Daniel scheduled the job, did what he said and took care of the issue. I will use them again.

We hired High 5 Plumbing to fix a leak in a rental house and believe we overpaid for the repair, $1800.00!Worse was the water shutoff value was in a back basem*nt room that contained several expensive bikes. Within a couple weeks of the technician being on the property, the bikes were gone. They had been in that room for over a year! It takes two codes to get to the bike room and the codes was unfortunately shared with our technician, John Underwood, in a trusting moment. Literally no one else has those codes, not even the tenants.High 5 did nothing to help recover over $10,000 worth of bikes. We felt completely taken...twice!

Called to get a quote for a new water heater and some possible additional work. They were available same day and were very communicative on the status/ETA even to the point giving us a link to see where he was. Daniel, our plumber, arrived, was very courteous and explained all what he saw never really giving the feeling of trying to give unneeded suggestions for more work. Installation was quick and painless. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. I’d be very happy to recommend them to anyone.

The entire process with High 5 Plumbing was fantastic. I called early on a Saturday morning. Alex, who answered, was so incredibly sweet & helpful. She worked with me on scheduling even though I called last minute and wanted same-day service.They were very communicative throughout the process as my appointment time approached. Once the technician, Justan, was on his way here, I received a text message with his photo and a short bio. Justan was incredibly polite and very professional. He was a pleasure to have in my home. He very quickly assessed my issue and suggested a quick & easy fix that was reasonably priced. He also included two other options just in case additional work is needed to solve my problem. I mentioned that I have a leaky hose bib and he even included a quote to have that fixed so that my wife & I can budget for it.This was a fantastic experience. I’m so glad I called High 5 Plumbing. I will definitely call again if I have any additional plumbing needs.

While my tech Jason was courteous and from what I can tell did the job efficiently for the moment, I'm frustrated with the pricing of the job. I called to book this appt, and was told the $49 trip charge would be waived if I proceeded with any work. My work consisted of a rubber ring gasket falling out of the bath spicket thereby making it impossible for the bath to turn to shower water. I knew the job would take less than 5 minutes and mentioned that to the person booking my appt while asking what was the fee for less than an hour of work since it would take very little time. She assured me that it was based on the job. Once at the house, Jason called, informed me that he could repair it for $231 or replace it for $235. He said either would be a suitable repair so knowing this was for an Airbnb I opted for the quicker option. I then called the owner of the house (I'm the property manager), and he quickly said lets replace. I called Jason back within 60 seconds and he had ALREADY COMPLETED THE REPAIR. $231 is unreal for less than 5 minutes in the house. The person taking the call should have informed of the minimum trip charge.

Installed a custom ice maker. Not the cheapest bid, but Caleb was professional, efficient, communicative and an excellent plumber. He took the extra time to be sure he could do the job and make not just the functionality be great, but cared about the aesthetic.

Although an expensive installation and some delays, the work that was done was fantastic and the professionalism was great. The work took a little longer but the team went above and beyond to get it done! Kiley, Justin, Tim, and Jesus were all great and gave the best experience possible. We have used this company a few times - twice for sewer drain cleaning. There are two reasons that I am compelled to leave a review - 1) prices have increased and 2) the customer service experience was a little strange and uncomfortable. It’s a bit soon to say but the quality of work seems fine and the tech was pleasant and professional.Around cost -The first time, the price was around $350 for the scope, snake, and toilet removal and reinstallation in January of 2019. We did purchase their membership at that time which includes a 10% discount.The second time was today - the price was around $350 for the snake alone, with an additional charge of about $179 for the scope and $240 approximately for the toilet removal and reinstallation. We opted for only the snake this time (and of course, to do that, the toilet had to be moved). We no longer have a membership, but if we had, my math found that with a 10% discount these services would have ended up just shy of $700, so about double the price as in 2019.Around customer service -My partner called to question the price, and relayed back to me that the price increased because of inflation, costs for PPE, and because we did not have a membership anymore. I took a look at the receipts and thought I should give them a call - the coupon we used had been under applied, and the explanation related to the membership and inflation didn’t explain such a large price increase. It seemed possible that a mistake had been made. I called the company and asked to speak to the same person that my partner spoke with since he would be familiar with our account - and this is where things got weird. I think their office thought I was on hold - but I could hear three people talking about us and how ‘upset’ we were about the price.I did connect with the person who helped my partner - and we did the math together. He refused to say that prices have doubled but could understand how I ‘felt,’ after we did the math together. He indicated that the invoice is correct; there is no mistake, and also that the reason for the price increase is because the company has grown. Then, he insisted that he ‘went above and beyond’ to help us by offering us a $50 credit toward a future service, and talked over me about how all of the things that this company does costs money and that’s why the prices have increased. Unfortunately, he seemed quite upset at the end of the call. I tried to smooth things over prior to hanging up by apologizing for upsetting him but that seemed to agitate him more.We aren’t .. mean. We didn’t yell at these people; we didn’t cry; we didn’t call anyone names. We asked questions about the pricing, as I think any customer would if the sticker price is double what it was in a relatively recent past experience.It’s 2020. So maybe he’s just having a bad day - hopefully it gets better.What I know is, next time we need a plumber, there’s a good chance that we will be calling someone else.

I'm an independent plumber who is working on a remodel where high five worked prior. There were a couple mistakes the contractor and I discovered while working for the homeowner. Initially we definitely felt frustrated. However,I will give credit where it's due. They completely stepped up and resolved the issues we discovered and were awesome in that aspect. It's never the mistake you make. It's how it's handled. I'll only have positive things to say about this outfit. They are a good group.I wish them great success with this kinda response and attitude.More than happy to give them a high five

They had really good communication and showed up on time. They were very professional and explained everything that they were doing the entire time. The work that was done was really top notch, and the plumber was very friendly and easy to talk to. My only reservation was the price. I was charged $300 to change a shower cartridge that costs about $50 and takes less than 30 minutes to install. All of the other work that was done was also at the high end of what I would expect to pay (or have paid in the past). They did let me use a $25 coupon which was nice of them. If you want professionals that will show up quickly, on time, and do great work then this is your place. If you need to do something on a budget maybe not so much.

Felt very deceived by this company. Hired them to do a pipe repair in the basem*nt. On NONE of the estimates we received from them (got 4) did they mentioned how terrible the cement finish would come out. The work involved repairing the pipe, and filling it back with cement. Within a couple of days, the cement was splitting and separating from the foundation and was left looking TERRIBLE. Now, that it has been a couple of days, I have contacted them, and their justification for the atrocious job was “they were plumbers not cement layers” and couldn’t do anything about it. They did not acknowledge my concern or the fact that this was not mentioned at all before service. When you hire a company, your expect them to complete the entire job with excellence, not just a part of it. Terrible business practice by them and definitely do NOT stand by their customer service guarantee. I did not feel valued, appreciated or wanted as a customer.

The lady who booked my appointment was very nice and tentative. She worked with my schedule and let me know when the tech was leaving so I didn’t have to miss too much work. Caleb showed up on time and gave me 3 different quotes, informed me what each one was and gave zero pressure. He also let me know the piping under the sink was done incorrectly, wasn’t a huge deal if it’s working, but suggested at some point to have it done. It took about an hour when all said and done, very expensive for just a snake and no add ons for a minor clog.

He answered all of our questions and did an inspection of the whole house. He got our water heater installed same day which we weren't expecting. He was so good at what he does!

I was impressed with Josh. He spoke in terms we could understand and addressed all of our concerns. We had made an appointment for 2pm, but High 5 called when he finished his previous appointment in case we were available sooner - which was very considerate and convenient for us! Josh's service was very quick and he went out of his way to leave us with more information if we had further problems. We could tell Josh and High 5 Plumbing are honest and professional. We highly recommend this company and we will be referring our friends and family to High 5 in the future!

Luis from High 5 was amazing! Ask for him if you can, as he arrived exactly at the scheduled time, got done under the estimated time, and explained every facet of the repair. He friendly, polite, and courteous in explaining the work he did. We had maintenance done on our tankless and a shower handle rebuilt. Costs were eminently reasonable for the service (and be sure to check the website for a coupon). Every part of High 5's work from scheduling to service to invoicing was professional and well-done.

We had High 5 out to our home to take a look at a few plumbing issues. They were able to get me scheduled right away and their communication was excellent! I received a text message informing me the technician was headed our way and we were even able to track his progress as he approached our home. Ryan came to our home, looked at our issues and gave detailed recommendations for repairs. He had us back up and running quickly, he was extremely courteous and treated our home with care. We will be using high 5 for all of our plumbing’s needs in the future.

Ryan and Nick were prompt, courteous, professional and tall. Despite unarguable tallness they were able to reach their feet to put on booties to protect the floors as well as bend down to give my 3 year old a coloring page and a high five. A quick assessment of our issue lead to several options for repair including quotes and I felt my questions were answered thoroughly. The snaking of our main sewer line and video assessment took less than an hour. I was also told how to help prevent issues in the future. Very happy customer!

I needed to have a shutoff valve for a refrigerator installed on short notice. I contacted High 5 and they were able to send a technician out within an hour and a half. Josh was friendly and not the usual old grumpy plumber I've become accustomed to. Came out the same morning we called to install a new hose bib. It was a fair value considering the prompt and honest service. I will certainly call on High 5 again in the future.

We called to see if anyone would be able to find the source of the dripping noise that we can hear in our crawlspace. There were no leaks so we were stumped. We called in to get an estimate and Josh Moya was super awesome! He found the source and quoted us a very fair price. He was professional, friendly, and definitely knew what he was doing. I am so thankful we found a new plumbing company! We will be calling High 5 with all our plumbing needs from here on out! The communication was excellent! The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the work was done right. The professionalism was excellent as well! Our technician wore booties in the house, kept his mask on and used gloves as he kept the area very clean. We felt very comfortable and appreciated those steps that were taken.

I have a mixed review for High Five Plumbing. They were on time and quickly provided us with a replacement hot water heater.However, there seemed to be no transparency or choice to whether or not we actually needed a new one or if it was repairable. The technician seemed to care more about upselling us than actually administering a diagnostic. The surcharge for a new hot water heater seemed to be very steep, Leaving us to feel as though we’re just had been ripped off. And then we overheard the technician openly joking to his assistant on his “successful” sale.The next day when I called back because of a backflow issue, the same tech, again without providing a diagnostic procedure, wanted to replace the backflow regulator for an even steeper surcharge and warehouse opening fee. The whole process left us with a bad taste in our mouths.So I would only recommend High Five Plumbing if you don’t care about paying a serious premium and don’t mind mediocre service providers who seem to care very little about the paying costumer!

I have used High 5 Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs since moving into my house 3 years ago. Techs are always nice, knowledgeable and professional. Plumbing repairs are NEVER cheap, but I feel their costs are fair.

Josh from High 5 Plumbing came to save the day and fix the shoddy work done by my contractors unlicensed worker yesterday who did our plumbing incorrectly and not to code. I called at 8am - he was here by 1 - and got the job done by 5. He took half the time it took the others to do it wrong! Not gonna lie - High 5 is a bit pricey - but you get quality work you can trust - and I appreciate sleeping better at night because of it. Great communication from the team and I also appreciate the paperless system!

Love High 5 Plumbing. Have had several plumbing problems in my old house this past year and High 5 has helped me with all of them. This time the water connection to my hot water heater was leaking. Being a High 5 club member they sent out Mark M. within 2 hours of my call. He got the leak fixed and as he was cleaning up I noticed I had water leaking under my washing machine upstairs and before I knew it water was everywhere! Mark quickly shut the water off and we noticed a very old pipe had split. Was I ever glad Mark was there! He saved the day. I would probably would have had a major flood that I might have not noticed until it was to late. Said he could fix this and I will tell you this turned out to be a big job. From fixing a small leak to fixing a big plumbing problem. Mark M did a fantastic job getting it all taken care of. A big thanks to Mark Marfil and the whole High 5 team.

This company made me feel very safe as a woman home alone with a technician. I was able to read about my technician before he arrived as well as track how close he was to my home. Once my services were complete, I received a call from a service representative who was ensuring my services went well and that the technician respected my home and kept his workspace clean. Ryan was very professional and thorough and I will definitely use this company again as well as refer them to friends.

I have used High 5 Plumbing in the past and had good experiences, however, this most recent job left me frustrated. They charged an extremely high rate and yet were unable to complete the job. Also, the technician took all of the spare parts and boxes and instructions that may be needed to finish the job. The technician was very friendly and professional, but unfortunately, leaving the job unfinished puts me back to square one having to find someone that can finish it or doing it myself. The entire reason I hired someone was to have the job completed so I could work on other areas of our remodel. I now regret hiring someone and spending the money.

I have used High 5 in the past and they were fine. They were slightly pricier than a mom and pop place but did good work and i had no complaints, the value and quality were even and it works.So it's only natural that I would call upon them again to expect a similar sort of value/service, right?........right?Right?!?No. What I experienced today was about as close to actual theft you can possibly commit under the guise of a service. If i was a little slower mentally and didn't pay attention or maybe i was just uninformed of how much things cost, even then it wouldn't have worked on me because IT WAS THAT BLATENTLY EVIL AND PREDATORY.Allow me to explain.I have been getting back into cooking. I have lived off takeaway/fastfood/delivery/frozen food for years, and decided to get into cooking again.Right away i found out my disposal wasnt working. Turning on the power made a low noise and nothing else. At some point this year i also had a backup in my dishwasher so i decided to get that looked at and get my disposal fixed.In wake of this, i looked up how much these things cost in general to know what kind of numbers to expect and where to push back to try and get a lower rate if necessity.If you go to amazon as of the time of this post and look up garbage disposal you will see a huge variety of units ranging from $50-200 roughly, with the vast majority of them in the $100-120 range. This tells me as a person capable of human thought, that this product plus the labor of the job done should probably end up with me out around $200-250. I was prepared for this and was ready for it.I lost my job YESTERDAY. Before the tech from High5 said a single word about the quote, i told him i just lost my job and to please not upsell me anything, because im broke. This is factually true.The tech was clearly taken aback and didnt know how to get past his upsell, so he still did it anyway, asking if i was a member of their program and starting to tell me about the benefits. So i shut that down right away saying we need to just stick to the task at hand, and he turns around a tablet with a quote of over $3k on the screen.WHAT?PARDON?He didnt just tried to upsell me, he was prepared to bankrupt me. So i noticed this said option 1 on the screen and he could scroll down. I asked him to do that and go to the cheapest one, which was at $890.WHAT?PARDON?At this point im in pure shock for a few reasons1. the dishwasher works. it doesnt need replacement. it just needs cleaning. Even he told me this could be done with a simple chemical solution they run through it. great, perfect for me and my budget.2. as mentioned up above, i already looked up how much a COMPLETE REPLACEMENT costs, which i will remind you is around $120 on average.So wheres the cost?This guy is very strongly promoting that i would need to gut and replace all the plumbing just in case and it was part of the final optional package, AND the quote for the disposal replacement was just shy of $400 to help inflate the bill.Are you actually kidding me.At this point I knew i was being robbed. Not ripped off, robbed. Again, the only person this would ever work on is someone they are being a predator on. Period. End of discussion.I got angry and said there was absolutely no point in us talking under these pretenses and told him he was welcome to leave my home.Goodbye High5, and good luck finding someone to fall for that BS.

I needed some quick plumbing done before a party. A cheap part of my toilet broke. They have an appointment fee and refused to give me an estimate over the phone. They only had two packages for toilet fixes so an estimate would have been logical. This is a shady business practice that rubbed me the wrong way. The lowest costing package was still very expensive compared to the price of the part and fixed problems I didn’t have. They instisted that I probably needed extra parts included in the package fixed too and couldn’t fix the issue at hand by itself. I didn’t want to be charged for the appointment and needed it fixed so I just did the lowest priced package. With all that said, the plumber was friendly, helpful, and quick. There is also a warranty from them for 1 year for the parts

Found a leak, by luck, in our crawlspace that was present for.....who knows how long. High 5 Plumbing was the second business that I called, have previously used AAA, and they were available to come out the same day. Being a first time customer, they had amazing customer service and were very willing to work around my hectic day....I was hosting a baby shower that afternoon. Lucas was given our service call and showed up at the right time, willing to work around some loud baby celebrating women. Very professional and wiling to be upfront, honest and understanding. Talked me through the process, and gave estimates for multiple ways to approach the situation. I was very pleased to have had him work with me to fix the problem. THANKS LUCAS!!

THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Please avoid this company especially if they send Mike out to your house. I honestly have no idea how they got so highly rated. Mike had absolutely no idea what he was doing and had to rely solely on the water heater company tech support (which I could have done had I know about it) to do his job. At one point he even had to ask tech support where the bad part was and he could access it. She responded remove the 4 screws on the top of the water heater. I actually laughed out loud when she said that.What sealed it for me though was once our water heater was diagnosed he said that he would send me a quote the next day. Before I received the quote I decided to call and see if I could order the part myself and for how much. The part cost $156 and shipping was $25. I ended up doing the work myself since it was really simple and took approximately 20 min. After I had already ordered the part Mike's quote came in at $1450. Yeah that is right a ~1000% mark up for a 20 min job. What a joke.

John did a great job and made sure everything worked before he left. They came the same day we called. We were kept informed and they didn't disappoint. Thanks High 5 and thanks John.

Morgan was wonderful! I came home after being out for 2 hours to a rushing sound in the upstairs wall and water flowing into our basem*nt. I called High 5 at 2:05pm and they dispatched Morgan who arrived at 4:30pm (he would've been sooner if it weren't for Denver traffic). I had recently had a plumber from High 5 out to do some work and needed another one to come back to fix the issue that cropped up with my shower not draining. Jose and his associate were prompt in showing up and figuring out the issue, as well as suggesting options for fixing it. They also helped me figured out options for replacing my toilet and really went beyond with helping. They did a great job and really deserve a High 5!

The service technician arrived on time and prepared to review the situation and go to work. I was provided with the pricing options, which I found to be competitive. The service technician performed excellent work which gives me confidence that the problem was fixed correctly and will not come up anytime soon. After some scheduling challenges, they did an excellent job, just what I needed. Their approach is good, when the plumber was on his way, I got a text with his picture to know what to expect. Their prices were a little higher than others, but they were quick, professional and did just what I wanted. I had an unusual brand faucet installed in my garage, Aquorwatersystems, a flush mounted faucet...it worked perfectly and there was great attention to making sure I was satisfied.

I was very happy with the garbage disposal replacement done by the crew from High 5 Plumbing and would recommend anyone to give them a chance to earn your business. Prompt, courteous, and, professional.So, here's the story..After about 12 years my small (1/3HP) garbage disposal was on its last legs and jamming frequently. I bought the house new and the disposal came with it, so, it was a low cost unit. It finally shutdown so I needed a repair or replacement.I went to one of the web sites for finding services and the first response was High 5 Plumbing. Within less than 30 minutes. When I spoke with them they could come out in a couple of hours which sounded good and I made an appointment.They showed up ahead of time and checked out the unit and recommended replacement which is what I expected and thought should be done (I don't want to keep repairing the unit).They offered to replace it with another 1/3HP, a 1/2HP, or, a 3/4HP. I knew the 1/3HP wasn't really adequate and that I needed at least 1/2HP.After talking about it, I realized that 1/2HP would probably work, a 3/4HP unit would certainly work. So, I asked them to replace it with a higher end unit (I was taught to get better appliances if I can afford them as they will usually cause less problems).They said they could do that and have the 3/4HP unit brought over in about 30 minutes (they didn't have that unit with them) and I gave them the 'go-ahead'. In that that 30 minutes they removed the existing unit and put in new piping under the sink. A little after they completed that, the new unit arrived and they installed it. All done in a little over an hour.I've been running the new unit for a couple of days now and it handles everything better than the old unit and is much quieter. I'm very happy with it.As to the price, it may have been higher as the unit I wanted installed showed up on the internet as just over 3 times what my original unit cost. I will admit, the total cost was a bit high but was inline with what I'd seen for this service.Conclusion...All in all I was impressed by the crew that came out, the were very professional, courteous, and, knowledgeable. They were also very efficient and capable. They managed to the old unit out and the new unit in without any fuss or mess. Very well done.

Time was of the essence, and they responded with a timely solution. Pedro, who is extremely professional, met me at the property right on time and was able to quickly assess the situation and resolve the blockage efficiently. The carpet on the stairs was protected and the flooring was left clean after service. Pedro also was able to document and send the invoice for the cleaning as well as the video scope per my request as we were on a tight timeline! Steven and his assistant did an amazing job replacing our garbage disposal. They arrived on time and were really friendly and professional and explained every step of the process to us as they worked on it. They also offered to switch the sides of our garbage disposal since our old one had been setup on the wrong side to begin with. That was really super helpful to us and will make things easier for us in the future. this company charges a $49 service fee and told me that both 5 star plumbing and plumbline services both lied to me and both charge fees to get an estimate. estimates are free with the other two companies, but during the phone call she told me they are all lying. then proceeded to tell me that they cannot tell me how much it would cost to do a new water heater and the only way they can tell me is if i pay $49 to them first for them to show up to tell me how much it will cost so they can leave again then come back and charge another $49 plus the install plus the product fees to install. horrible horrible customer service on the phone calls from the woman i just spoke to. not only is she lying about other companies but she told me i was wrong when i told her the 3 other companies i spoke to offered free estimates. shady business.

My second 3 star rating. Using my second email address to warn others. I used them before and gave them 3 stars for not telling me the costs up front when there was standard tiered pricing. They have once again been shady. My fiance had them come out. We called them out to evaluate our shower plumbing due to low water pressure. They mentioned they didn't know the brand and part number of the part we needed to replace. Although the person who came out was nice and seemed helpful, the business itself refused to tell us the part number after they gave us an extremely high estimate the next day. A quick vague google search of the part we needed showed that it should be much lower priced than the estimate. After complaining, they gave us a credit to high five plumbing instead of refunding the money for the estimate.

He was very knowledgeable and we discussed my situation and came up with exactly what I would need and within my budget. I would highly recommend this awesome young gentleman to anybody to have work done in your home.

High Fives technician Jason arrived on time and did a great job of diagnosing the problem and explaining what he was doing - and tolerating my irritating questions. He installed 2 new shut off valves and a pressure regulator and was done in about half the time he estimated. High Fives dispatch crew was also great and kept me informed about my appt and when Jason would be arriving. They are definitely on the expensive side but the work and customer service provided are far better than many other contractors I’ve dealt with.

I primarily made my appt because I thought my garbage disposal was broke. Figured I was going to have to have a new one installed. Dakota was exceptional & professional when he was here, noted the problem was only that the disposal was 'stuck', showed me how to remedy the problem and he 'fixed' it. He'd been told I might want to discuss my dishwasher, that has been leaking since I bought my home (I only use it to dry my dishes). Dakota dove right in, determined the problem was because it wasn't attached correctly and not level. He actually had a positive attitude in doing the extra work. Dakota has a great personality, friendliness and exemplified an assurance that my service call was performed really well!

So we had these people come do our hot water heater. 3k is what they quote us. But if I go buy hot water heater and have them install it. So I bought one for the space we had and the size we got 600. But then we paid 1200 for one hour of labor. But they were nice so we stuck with them. We then looked at A/C 7k for them to bring new and install one hour. But nice so we stuck with them. Well we wanted a new toilet install. Gave us a quote 825. The toilet they sale is 600 dollars....We went to several location and found the most expensive at stores was 300. The labor for them to do is $225. Got here at 9:10. He wanted us to replace the flange for another 300 when Lowe's and Home Depot has them for $18. We told them no. Finish the work for the 225. They left at 10:04. Nice people but not worth the price.**responding to your reply. My name would not. But my spouse would so deal with the bad review.. Your quotes are ridiculous and this company is a scam to have you sign up for service plan. You can reply again to the post but this review will stay.

Water in our basem*nt. Ech. I called High Five and they sent out a master plumber in a few hours. Dave could not have been nicer, friendlier, or more professional. He diagnosed the problem, gave me alternatives, counseled me on the best value, and in a couple of hours we were clean and dry, with a new sump pump and battery backup.I’ve used other companies, but Dave from High Five outshined them all. High Five and Dave is the only place I’ll rely on. I’m extremely happy with the result and the professionalism.

I had High 5 come out to fix a drain and was pleasantly surprised to hear they could work on it same-day, and get done with making noise before we had our next meetings (with COVID forcing us to work from home). Not only did they hit that mark, but they were finished, cleaned up, and on their way before our meetings began, which is the icing on top of fixing a plumbing issue that's been plaguing us for three years.

I contacted High 5 Plumbing for a quote to install a new hose bib. The location for installing the hose bib was accessible from my crawlspace that has six and half feet of ground to ceiling clearance and full access to existing cold water lines to tap. I was quoted an astonishing $1,819.71-$1,932.07 for parts and labor. The parts for this job would have been in the ball park of $250 and it would not have taken much longer than two hours to complete. That leaves them billing at an hourly rate of $841. Before declining the quote, I took the plumber to my garage where and showed him the worked done by two guys to insulate, drywall, tape/mud, and paint my garage. A job of that magnitude took two and half days to completed and $2,500. The plumber I spoke with was courteous and respectful, so kudos to him and the training he received, but have no idea how High 5 Plumbing is rationalizing charging people such astronomical amounts.EDIT:---------------------------------------------Your technician was at my home for 1 hour and probably spent 1 hour traveling from your office to my home. Most of that 1 hour at my home was spent in the van creating the quote. The multiple quotes I was presented with ranged from $1,819.71-$1,932.07 and I am venturing a guess will be $1,200-$1,300 more than what another plumber is going to charge to complete the work. I hung up on your Service Manager because he was more interested in talking over me and defending what are frankly appalling business practices. I am thankful that I contacted you all for a quote when I did not have an active water or gas leak in my home because I can only imagine the extent of the predatory pricing that would have been done in that scenario.

CJ arrived at my house just after 4:00 and was done before 5:00. He is GREAT. He's knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and friendly. He is a terrific addition to the High 5 team. Please thank him again for me.I also have a suggestion. When I set up my appointment I specified that of the two numbers I provided, one was work and the other was home. I informed them that I would be at work until 3:30 and home at 4:00. As it turned out, someone called my home number around 2:30 and wanted to know if I wanted to move up the appointment time to before 4:00. Had they called my work number, I could have done it easily. As it turned out, I did not get the message until I got home. I made it clear which number was which. Even so, if you call one number and don't get an answer, why wouldn't you try the other number? This needs a little attention.Overall, I am completely happy with High 5 and totally impressed with CJ.

He was friendly and professional about the problem, and what needed to be done. They offered different levels of fixes (different price points), so you can get the top end fix, or a simple fix to continue your day. The appliance delivery people were not able to turn off main water valve in order to remove old washer and install new one. I called High Five because we have a membership with them and Jason arrived very quickly. Realized the delivery people were using the wrong water shutoff and he moved old machine and hooked up new one. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable.. I highly recommend their service.

Last weekend we came home to a small gas leak. Xcel energy came and shut off our meter until we could have it repaired. It was Saturday afternoon and we called High 5 Plumbing to help us out. When the technician arrived, he was nice, took a look at the issue, and then told us he could repair it on Sunday morning in ~4 hours for a cost of over $4,000! Yes, $4,000. When I challenged him for taking advantage of the situation, he immediately dropped the price by $1,000. Needless to say, I asked him to leave our home, called another reputable plumber who came out Sunday and fixed the issue in about 4 hours for $600. We have called the office multiple times to complain about the horrible treatment, and no worthwhile response. Run from this company!! How dare you take advantage of your fellow neighbors like this

James was on time and very thorough. We needed our copper line to the swamp cooler replaced. He was able to hide parts of the line that weren't hidden before. Very friendly and professional. I will go with High 5 Plumbing again for all my plumbing needs.

We had a Urinal that flooded the office when the water would not stop. We called High 5 and they got to us as quickly as they could giving both text an email updates on when they would arrive. Had a water heater installed yesterday and it cost a whopping $4500 for them to take 6+ hrs (well into the evening when kids are home and needing to sleep), leave a giant gaping hole with unfixed drywall and didn’t disclose that he wouldn’t fix it before he asked if he could create the hole, left a mess all over the floor (wouldn’t have been a problem if any of the other more serious issues didn’t occur), didn’t turn the furnace back on, and didn’t hook the washer back up so it flooded my basem*nt floor. While it was convenient that he installed it the same day as the consultation it was very very unprofessional to take almost $5000 and leave things in the state that he did. I’m very upset with the service and wish I would have gone elsewhere. I will not use them again and if I could report them for the things they did, I would. They are sending someone out to hook things back up and clean up but I wish that I could have had at least a partial refund for wasting my time and having to deal with more problems than what I started out with..

Every aspect of our experience was handled professionally with with transparency. We received multiple calls from the company letting us know precisely when our technician, Chris, would arrive. Once there, Chris showed us the issue leading to our leaky kitchen sink, and explained our various options. We felt well informed in our decision , and would happily use High Five and Chris again.

Loved using this company. I am a first time customer and need a simple toilet leak repair. The dispatcher was very friendly and helpful, came out with in a few hours and had the repair done in 20 minutes. Did not feel pressured to buy services I did not need but also felt educated on my options. John was great!

I needed help getting a new sink sprayer installed. The guy came and spent a few minutes doing that. The bill: $281.36 . I spent less than that for a different service to tear down my garage door, unbend the panels, and reassemble it. I spent less than half of that for a different service to tear down my dryer and replace some bearings. High 5 sucks you in with a reasonable $49 fee to show up, but be prepared for a sticker shock no matter how easy the job. In the future I'd call someone else.

Our water pipe was frozen, they were the first who could come out. Before starting he sold me on the membership (waste of money) then began trying to unfreeze the pipes. This involved cutting two holes in the dry wall that he said he could fix by putting in vents to prevent it from happening again. He couldn't get the pipes unfrozen and offered to cut more holes ($2K+ costs) which I declined. He left the house pretty much as is, still frozen pipes, holes in the ceiling and only one vent behind (meaning I had to install one vent and the other hole still exists). They called after to see how it went, and I shared my experience. They offered $50 off the next work I do with them and the technician would bring back a second vent. A week later and I haven't heard from anyone. In short, $800 spent to leave two holes in the drywall and a worse situation than I started with originally.

I had a complicated water heater install done by High 5. With a few weeks to spare before my old heater was going to burn out I got a few estimates and I had actually found some cheaper quotes from other companies. However in speaking with this team I was impressed by the professionalism, honesty and helpful online options (video estimates, technician arrival eta map, etc). The work done was nothing short of perfect and without cutting any corners - very thorough. I would definitely recommend High 5 to anyone who needs their job done with integrity and quality.

Jose Cuevas replaced a water heater in a timely, very professional manner. He showed up early and on time and the work was done well. High 5 has provided good service and work several times we needed to call on them.

Bathroom faucet plumbing was corroded and leaking. Service person was very professional, company notified me when he would arrive, repair was of good quality and the cost was reasonable and of good value.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

So they were great in terms of going out to look at the problem. Very responsive and minimal trip charge (49$) all seemed good. Then they were going to charge 550$ to replace the internals of the toilet. WAAAY expensive.Response to the owner: This was the cheapest option I was given... The other options? Replace the entire toilet for 1200+ or sign up for the New High 5 Club Membership 1-year membership (non-refundable) *AND* a major toilet rebuild for 670$I went out and bought a 30$ kit that should fix the problem. I'll update and apologize if that kit isn't sufficient to address the problem.Watch out for these folks they'll try to sell you *way* more service than you need.

From beginning to end my experience was impressive! Called to get someone to my house to fix what I thought was a washing machine problem, it was bigger than that! I called, after reading reviews, totally anticipating an appointment by the end of the week. Surprisingly, same day appointment, same day repair! Super impressed by this! Most importantly I must mention the man who did the actual work! Brian, such a good guy…this wasn’t an easy job, but he remained positive, was funny and so efficient, really great guy! I called on Christmas Eve and they were able to schedule me for the day after Christmas. My tech, John, was polite, informed and detailed about all aspects of this job. The job turned out to be way more complex and he kept me informed every step of the way. The additional techs, Dominick and Jesus, were also polite and they all worked hard! When an issue arised, John presented me with multiple options and told me the pros and cons of each. I highly recommend High 5 plumbing!

Chris was extremely informative and transparent about the issue with my evaporative cooler that has to be handled. He was also very efficient in repairing the appliance. The technician Jeff was polite, efficient and answered my questions when he was finished with the work.Jeff helped me save money by explaining the benefit of buying two tubs of Bio-Clean at once, which is great for my drains throughout my town home. This product is much better and safer than Drano or other highly toxic and potentially damaging chemicals to remove clogs, etc.My membership in the High5 discount program saves me on their services as well as other companies they partner with. Make sure to ask whoever you speak with about it as it will definitely save you money over the course of a year.Best of all Jeff gave me a solid high five to end the appointment!One of the employees called me the day after to ensure everything went well. This is excellent follow up and will definitely make me want to use High5 again and again in the future.

High Five was incredibly responsive. I found a huge leak in my water heater at 10 am and have a new installed water heater by four. There was no wait for a repair. There were repairs and cost options. They have all the equipment they needed on the truck I didn’t have to wait for anyone to drop off anything. It was fantastic. Well worth the five star rating I gave them. I would give them 10 if it was an option

Josh Miya did a great job; installing a new drain for my new shower pan, and also relocated the drain of our existing tub for a new freestanding tub. He also moved our supply water lines to a new location under the floor that works better with our open floor plan. We plan on having Josh back in the next couple weeks. He did an awful lot of work in only a few hours and it looks A1!

We had a clogged drain in our bathroom sink. Service tech cleared the drain with a snake system. He was there for just under an hour and charged us $626.00, so that's over $600.00 per hour! Needless to say, we felt ripped off. Will not use High 5 plumbing again.

Adam answered the call and Jason was sent to service our needs. Due to the holidays, our regular plumber did not have emergency services. We called High 5 after seeing their placards in the nearby Southglenn Neighborhood. The service was immediate and Jason was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about our leak problem. After owning a house for over 20 years we had an issue with the water backing up in the downstairs we called high five plumbing they came out but did not fix the issue 3 weeks later we called him again to come back had to argue with them to have them not charge us again they finally agreed then 2 weeks later the problem continued to happen we called them again and they said that they would come out but they would have to charge us The representative that I talked to on the phone then got very mad at me started yelling laughed at me and eventually hung up the phone. Do not ever hire this company they are terrible they are not going to help you fix your issue. Extremely rude personnel. Not professional in any way.

Awesome!!! Not only was the team at High 5 Plumbing super professional, friendly, and clean, but their responsiveness and attention to detail is impressive! We could trust them in our home and felt confident the work is high quality. In fact, they corrected a previous plumbers work and were patient in talking through each concern and request along the way. Project included a full house re-plumb (all water and drainage) in 3 bed, 1.5 bath single family. Plus, they really make good on the every call emds with a high five promise! We'll be using them as our go to and would recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basem*nt. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received from High 5.Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Was ripped off. A tenant reported an issue with a faucet in one of my rental properties. It's a 30 minute job, max. I'm out of town, so had my property manager set up an appointment with High 5 Plumbing. They have a 50$ trip charge that will be waived under certain circ*mstances. The tech arrived and was in my house for almost an hour to complete the repair (according to them, my tenants and property manager have a different, shorter timeline), then handed me a bill for $230. This included the 50$ discount as they called it for the waived trip fee (that's not a discount, but whatever) When questioned about the high cost and amount of time spent, High 5 Plumbing defended their price with the distance the tech had to drive to get to my place (even though that time / cost was allegedly waived). This implies (fairly explicitly) that the trip fee was actually not waived, but instead is baked into the overall cost. Not sure what they waived? Regardless of their shifty trip charge, we were way overcharged. Other plumbing companies in Denver were very upfront with this job likely not exceeding their minimum (their words), and the minimum was around 50% less than what I was charged by High 5 Plumbing. High 5 Plumbing was not able to give a quote over the phone, either. We will not be making this mistake again, I recommend you not make this mistake either.

He was excellent in explaining everything he was doing & why it was a matter of current codes.Morgan gave me all the various options on the work & had very candid discussion on each option. I received a door hanger advertisem*nt and typically throw them away. I decided to call and give High 5 a chance. I have multiple home projects that need attention. Daniel arrived right on time. During the task discovery, Daniel was tentative and listened well. He was very patient and articulated various options and strategies to best fit my projects and budget. As it turned out, I was able to afford a simple repair to a outside faucet that has been problematic. Daniel was willing to work at a pace which allowed me to observe and interact. He was professional and answered my onslaught of queries. He took provisions to protect my floor and walls from potential water damage during his fix.

Our Plumber was on time, very professional and was able to assess and repair the leak from our shower drain. We called on a Saturday, scheduled for Monday and fixes were completed in just over a hour. Every efficient and effective. We would definitely call them again.

We had a weird water leak that we could not find where it was coming from and within 10 min at the most of being there the female plumber found it. I also called them after trying 3 other places and they answered the phone right away and was able to get to my location in less than 1 hour of the call. The rate was not bad because I have had way higher in the past and slow service. They also have a cool tracking service that tells you how far away your plumber will be. Awesome , cool, and very dependable company. Will use them in the future.

What can I say other than AMAZING PEOPLE, QUALITY SERVICE, and VALUE!I don’t normally get excited about plumbing but now that we are a member of High 5 Plumbing there’s little stress when unexpected things happen (and they are ALL UNEXPECTED)! Lucas came on short notice, as the new vanity being installed needed a different length p trap. He also replaced two water shut off valves that did not work. He assessed the valves in the other two bathrooms and was honest and said they did not need to be replaced. He completed the job promptly and left the area clean. I appreciated his arriving quickly for these unexpected repairs, his honesty and professionalism. I would hire Lucas and High Five Plumbing in the future.

Bad business model. They just want your money.I was clear on the phone that we have an issue at our tap or main sewage line and was told it would be $50 to have a technician out for an estimate. I assumed the estimate would include footage as most other companies have or have disclosed the cost upon scheduling. Then when the technician arrived he told me it would be $300 to run a camera to the tap, or he could give me a general price that would likely change. Before leaving without footage, he pressured us into signing on for a job that would cost nearly 20k by just letting us know that the price would go up a couple hundred dollars if we waited.

Jason was very professional, arrived on time, and worked quickly to diagnose and resolve our backed up sewer line issue. He gave recommendations for some cost-effective tips such as water sensors for the basem*nt. We have already scheduled another service call with Jason to work on our sump pump. Costs were very reasonable and I highly recommend High 5 Plumbing.

Just had an awful experience with High5 Plumbing. Called to have 3 toilets set for new construction. Everything is complete and ready, just wanted them bolted down. They wouldn't give me any general idea of price until I had someone come out and look at it for a service charge. Foolishly paid the service charge and was given a ridiculous price of over $1300 to set the toilets. Found someone else for a fraction of the price. Definitely wouldn't ever call them again!

From the start with my phone call we had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service! Our super hero was Daniel. He was super professional and diagnosed the problem and fixed it all quickly. Being this was for a dental office that only has the one bathroom, we were in desperate need! We had sent out an SOS to another company that said we have nothing. Because of a recent remodel disaster, I’m really skeptical of anyone doing work at my house! We found High 5 Plumbing through Google and Yelp, and all of the reviews were great. We appreciated that they could give us an accurate estimate through FaceTime, which saved us a lot of time. We also appreciated the military discount. Nick and Ryan were very professional, made me laugh, answered my questions, and explained everything very well. I got a follow up call from the office after the service, and I even got a picture and video of Nick before he got here, which allowed us to know who would be working in our house!

I scheduled a tech to replace a water heater. The Tech quoted me a price and various options. I informed him of my selection. 8 hours later, I receive an email stating the work is complete, but no invoice. The next morning, I get a call from the office asking for payment, but its much higher than the Tech quoted me and still no invoice was provided. The office asked why I had signed the work order. I informed the office that I never signed a work order and had no invoice. I requested to talk to a manager.It took another business day for the manager to call me. The manager attempted to explain the fees to me and agreed to drop the extra charges. After agreeing to pay, I went to my property to review the work. I was appalled to see sliding glass door was left open, the work area not cleaned up, and the tech did not open the lines to blow out the air / debris in the water line. I have left messages for the manager, but they never called me back.Truly a disappointing experience.

I had a leaking hose bib that was very old (and soldered to a pipe, so not just an ordinary replace job) and was located in a particularly difficult place. I got a quote from another company for a whopping $2,200. Obviously I needed a second opinion. Francesca on the phone put me at ease right away and was confident High 5 could help. Lucas and Josh came the next day in full PPE gear (and actually kept it on!) and worked very quickly to resolve the issue, and for a quarter of the cost of the other quote! Super grateful to them, and great guys to boot! High 5 is very communicative, great overall experience - will use them in future.

High 5 was very responsive when we noticed a leaking pipe on Christmas Eve. They sent Dakota to investigate our leak and he was able to repair the leaking pipe in short order. Dakota was respectful of our home, kept the worksite clean and worked efficiently to complete the repair.

We had flood due to our sewage pump. Fernando was able to determine the root cause of the reason for the pump not draining . In a situation that was worst case scenario for us, we ended up having to replace a sewage pump in order to be able to use any water in our house. In an emergency situation like this, Fernando was very understanding and was able to get the parts we needed and completed the job within a couple hours. This company is very prompt and great to work with.

I called High Five Plumbing to install a kitchen faucet. The plumber came, assessed the job and gave me an estimate. I decided to go with these guys since the guy was already here. Great work, very through, a little surprised by the prices. Very satisfied with the work

Communication and respnse for this company was great. Other than that, I got quoted for an $800 job to replace my entire vacuum breaker. I was confused as there was only a crack on my 1 union from the winter and had to pay $50 for the service call. I ended up buying the union for $30 and repairing it myself in 30 minutes, I am no plumber. Not sure if the guy was confused or they assumed the issue was worse than it was. Either way, double check the quote you get from these guys.

Called High Five for an emergency leak and told them exactly what the problem was. I also asked during the call if they could resolve said problem to which the dispatcher said yes. The truck arrives, plumber looks at issue and confirms what I already told dispatch, then tells me they can't fix the problem due to digging requirements. I payed the service/trip fee to be told what I already told them first, and at the end of the day my issue would go unresolved until a more worthy plumber came by to fix the problem in less than 2 hours.

Our sewer line backed up and flooded our basem*nt with sewage water. I called and they had someone available to come within an hour. They also send your plumbers pic, gps/eta, and bio which was really thoughtful and cool. Josh arrived and assessed the situation and gave us multiple options for repair for our budget, including payment plans. It ended up just being clogged and was able to be fixed same day. Josh even called water restoration for us to get the clean up started. Very professional and very kind. So refreshing to have positive customer service amid the pandemic frustrations. Ended with a high five! Definitely recommend and will continue to use!

Our experience with High 5 was amazing. We had an issue, they came out for a reasonable price, they assessed then gave a quote, and did the work professionally, giving options, and good detailed info. Jason, the tech, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. High 5 even called me after the job was done to see how everything went. I would recommend them to a friend and use again.

Chris was great - on time, knowledgeable, offered good options for the fix and communication was top notch. This work was completed for a rental property we own for a gas leak and we had to communicate via phone and text. The cost was a little higher than expected, but considering the severity of the repair, it was well worth it. I’d work with High 5 Plumbing and especially Chris again!

This company did not provide a fair price for the services requested. I had a service appointment for a toilet that continued to run after flushing. They came promptly and and gave me a price of $1,200 for the repair. I thought that sounded very high so I called the toilet manufacturer. After sending them pictures of the toilet insides, they told me the parts would be $100 and and should take 1 hour for a licensed plumber. High 5 Plumbing saw my house and decided they could over charge. Their estimate did not break down parts and labor so they could hide them ball. I suggest you find a plumber with integrity.I found another plumber who fixed the problem with a $6.50 part and it took 10 minutes to instal. Do you think they are unethical?In response to the review below, High 5 Plumbing tries to hide behind their unrepeatable practices by saying they wanted to offer a permanent fix. This logic is like going to a mechanic with an oil leak and them saying you need a new engine. I am a senior citizen and this organization has chosen to take advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge.

This is my 2nd time using High 5 Plumbing and my service technician this time was Andrew L. He quickly repaired my garbage disposal. He also worked with me to come up with a reasonable and intelligent plan for replacing my outside water spicket (it sounds like an easy job but is not). Lastly, he educated me on the process for replacing my hot-water heater which is nearing the end of it's life. He even took the time to write up 3 different proposals offering different budget options. Their prices are a bit high but they do their work up to code, guarantee it, and offer prompt and professional service. Another 5-Star rating for High 5 Plumbing and their team.

AWESOME! Not even in my dreams would I imagine that when I was desperate to get some plumbing work done that I could possible expect same day service. When I called needing repairs I was waiting to hear it would take two weeks to get someone out. To hear we can be out there today was music to my ears. Josh, the tech, was amazing. Sized up the problem pretty quickly, gave me the estimate and went right to work. Finished in less than an hour and even though it was a little pricy, to get timely, fast and excellent service was well worth the money. I would definitely use these folks again.

Jason B. did a great job for us diagnosing a problem and solving it. High 5 Plumbing was a great team to work with from initial contact through completion of work. We found their pricing to be reasonable for the service rendered.Unfortunately, two years after a great experience with High 5 Plumbing we've tried to schedule them twice to visit a rental property and help us with an issue. Two weeks in a row they waited right up to the appointment time to cancel. Wouldn't be a huge deal except they are making me as the rental owner look bad in the eyes of my tenets. Saying goodbye to High 5 Plumbing we won't be calling them anymore. Customer lost!

I needed the condensation PVC to connect to a copper pipe, as the company who installed the AC used a hose that was too small and would not stay connected. High 5 Plumping soldered a male pipe thread fitting to the copper pipe to connect to the PVC and glued all seams. It looks very professional. I was surprised at the estimated cost given once they examined the job, since they don't give estimates over the phone (even if you describe in detail). However, I was willing to become a member for a fee for discounted pricing and priority service for a year as well as they will donate 10% of your payment to a non-profit. I want to learn if I will receive Good value of cost with this membership. The dispatchers and technicians were helpful and professional always keeping me in the loop. With this said, I would highly recommend this company to have your own experience.

Daniel was good to work with. He came over to evaluate a loose sewer connection and some low flow faucets upstairs. He was very professional and helpful.He said the low flow is caused by a failing water heater. What actually was the problem was dirty aerators. Took 1 min to unscrew them, rinse them out, and reinstall them. Fixed the problem. He advised replacing the water heater which was $3000. Even after replacing the water heater, we would still have the same problem. Replacing the water heater is a pretty low complexity DIY job which I could do but I'll probably empty the sediment out of the water heater and see if I find any other problems. A new water heater at Home Depot is just $600.His advice on the leaky sewer connection was also pretty straightforward. Just cut a square hole in the wall, cut above and below the leak, replace the pipe, and close the hole. $1000 for that. I'll spend the money on tools and DIY it but I'll also do the sheetrock repair which wasn't included.He also wanted to upgrade us to a tankless gas water heater for $11800. He had some random other hardware to replace and install but I'd need to research if those are actually needed. Total was $6000 without the tankless water heater or $15000 with it. Total tool and hardware cost for me will probably be less than $400 including the $49 for Daniel's visit.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the work and customer service that Amanda and Justin from High 5 Plumbing delivered. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent from start to finish. The initial scope of work (replacing a floor drain) turned into a much bigger issue due to what they discovered once they started removing the concrete, but they did what they could to keep costs down and ensure that we got a quality solution that would last. Would highly recommend these two and the company as a whole.

Our technician Steve was very thorough with answering all of my questions regarding our plumbing needs. I was seeking a quote for installing filter systems to mitigate lead in the water. He offered great insight, was patient with my questions, and offered other alternatives as appropriate. Additionally he was able to give me quotes on the spot which was very helpful for my budgeting purposes.

High 5 was great. They were reaponsive to my plumbing needs. They tried multiple options to fix the clog, but unfortunantly it had to be replaced. Matt Mills was great at providing picture of the issue and once the pipe was removed we saw that the previous owners had some type of cement in the pipe. The reason why this was not 5 stars is the time. Matt arrived at 1300 and finished the job at 2300. That was way over the initial estimated time. Overall it is 1 day in, but happy with the work so far.

These guys were very transparent, upfront, and easy to work with from start to finish. Morgan was great - very knowledgeable, personable, and was on time! I'll definitely use these guys again if have any issues in the future

Bad experience. The rep we had was incredibly condescending and rude. He told us we needed to replace our 6 year old water heater for $2900. We then had another reputable plumber give us another quote and they replaced a pressure valve for free, and said that our water heater was in good condition and in no need of replacement. This salesman makes his sales by fear mongering.

Excellent experience with High 5 Plumbing. We called at almost 7pm on a Thursday night thinking our main line was backed up. They had someone at the house at 8am the next morning, maybe even a few minutes early, as promised. They were extremely communicative throughout the process. The tech was super friendly and professional and did a great job explaining what the issue was and what it would take to repair it. Highly recommend, we will use them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Caleb Horn did a nice job and fixed our tankless water heater. He charged us about $302.I thought this was quite expensive for a part that probably only costs about $20.He spent some time in his truck doing research on our past history.He was here about 2.5 hours and most of the time he spent looking up data or parts.His actual time working on the unit was about 40 minutes.He was very nice and courteous and he did a good job.I just feel that the labor costs was pretty expensive.He fixed our problem and we are thankful for that.I gave 5 stars for his performance.Judith DeHerrera

I have now used High Five Plumbing several times and, every time I do, they’re great! They are always very responsive, very friendly and very helpful! Our technician, John Peloquin, was great to work with. He got the job done effectively and quickly!

I needed to have my Hose Bibb replaced and had called 4 different plumbers; none showed up 4 weeks in a row! I called Applewood and the technician that came had a hip replacement and immediately said he couldn’t go into the crawl space and he had lifting restrictions so he couldn’t lift the trap door to go into the crawl space and that someone else would have to come and do the work at another date. Then he wanted to charge me $825.60 with the cost of membership!I called High 5 last Saturday and they booked an appointment for this Saturday between 10 to 12. I received a text at 9:43 that my technician was on his way and they sent me a picture and information about my technician, Jonathan and he arrived within 30 minutes of that text. Jonathan and Joseph arrived and were very professional and friendly. They assessed my Hose Bibb from the outside and then went down into the crawl space to assess as well and then they comprised an estimate. With a 1 year membership included in the estimate, it was quite a bit less than Applewood’s estimate..AND Jonathan was going to do the job today…not send someone else at a later date to complete the job!Jonathan and Joseph got right to work and had the job completed in no time! I’m going to be 65 soon and lifting the trap door to the crawl space is too heavy for me and climbing into my crawl space to change my furnace filter is a challenge! Since they had the space open, I was going to replace my filter while they were here; However, these young men offered to change the filter so I wouldn’t have to go down there to do it! How sweet is that!? These young men are awesome!I am extremely pleased with these two young men! Jonathan and Joseph were wonderful and I am looking forward to a long history of they’re professionalism to assist me with all of my plumbing needs! High 5 could not provide a written estimate prior to the work, because it was claimed that their system was not working. We went ahead and approved the basic repair, which High 5 completed. When they turned the main valve back on and it would not open. This was an issue not caused by us, and should have been done on a No-Charge basis to us, since the failure was not caused by us. They charged us an additional $500.00 to replace this valve. Once they replaced it, and turned the water back on, it was determined that they had damaged our Moen Flo device, and we helped reach the Moen Tech Line, but the unit was going to have to be returned along with the original purchase receipt. This device was installed 4 years ago, and we cannot get our hands on that receipt, so High 5 just walked away and washed their hands of the situation. This company has a serious ethics problem, and I cannot in any way recommend them to anyone.

David was great! Helped us figure out an issue that we had several other plumbers come out to look at. He was honest about how to fix it and completed the work in a timely manner.

We have used other plumbers before but I will definitely use High 5 next time. Austin was great. Timely, professional and thorough. I appreciated that he didn't seem rushed like other plumbing guys we've used in the past, and he was very transparent about services and options.

I would absolutely recommend this plumbing service to anyone! We were in a dire plumbing situation and they were able to squeeze us in on the same day. Our plumber, Jason, wasn’t seven scheduled to work at our repair time but was willing to extend his day to accommodate us. When he got here, he was efficient and one of the most friendly service professionals I have ever spoken to. He also educated us on what actually went wrong with our pipe (it bursted from cold temperatures) and assured us the repair he was doing was a permanent fix. Thank you so much to high five repairs. High 5 Plumbing sent me a text with a picture of my repair person along with a tracker so I knew when they arrived. Caleb performed an excellent job at repairing my water valves and installing my new faucet and dishwasher. They were also easy to work with as I called them on Memorial Day and was able to schedule a next day appointment as requested. FYI they also work on apartment buildings, I am on the 10 floor and a good number of the plumbers I called would not work over 3-4 floors. Would recommend.

High 5 responded promptly when we had a water leak on a Saturday. The customer service and professionalism was top notch. Josh communicated well and was very polite and respectful inside our home. Josh was skilled and efficient. Prices are a bit high - otherwise I would give five stars.

They are a total scam. They wouldn’t give us an estimate on cost before coming out, then they charge $49 for a home visit either way. The cost to snake a drain with them was $400… any other plumber charges around $100. The technician was nice but the company is a scam

I was having a flood in my basem*nt and bailing water. I yelled to my daughter to call the plumber and she accidently called these guys. Happy accident, they came out and solved the problem. Very nice, very professional. Am pleased with them, will use them again.

I also received a call and a text message when the tech was on his way and a call after he left to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Stephen was the plumber that came out to repair the drain pipe in my basem*nt. He was very informative and helped me understand the cause and nature of the problem. He explained various options in terms of dealing with the acute problem at hand but also additional long-term considerations given that I had already had to rip out a certain amount of drywall. I am sure it will ultimately save me money long term. He made me aware of certain discount options that I was able to take it advantage of. He was extremely professional honest courteous and skilled. He was very mindful of taking appropriate Covid precautions. He went over the repairs with me very thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was able to make very useful recommendations for someone to help with drywall repairs. Their membership looks like a very good deal. I will use them again and recommend them very highly. I’ve had several different plumbing companies come in for repairs in the past High 5 has impressed me the most of any of them.

As a small property manager, I have used these guys for MANY projects and issues throughout Denver. They're pricey (but par for the course with a larger plumbing company that can respond in under 2 hours), and a couple of times we've had issues getting them to respond at REALLY after-hours times (super late, and once on a holiday), but the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and does good work. The star off is for the price and the after-hours issue, and if I could give 4 and a third stars I could (1/3rd of a star off for each of the two issues).

So impressed with all things High 5 Plumbing from first to last exchange. I called this morning at 8 for a second opinion on a repair that Applewood Plumbing had recommended (after not being able to resolve my issue in 2 service calls over 3 weeks). They were able to accommodate my request immediately and Caleb Koff arrived at my home 2.5 hours later, within my window of availability. Caleb was highly professional, personable, engendered a high degree of confidence and best of all, was able to fully and competently complete the repair in 1.5 hours. Applewood told me they would be unable to satisfy the job without cutting a hole in my wall in order to access the plumbing issue and couldn't move forward without doing so. High 5's Caleb, assessed the issue, made the repair leaving an extremely satisfied new customer - all without a hole in my wall! I have joined the High 5 membership club and will loyally use only this team going forward for all my plumbing needs. Applewood has lost this customer. Kudos to High 5, you all have a new fan!

My morning didn't start too well, I came downstairs found a puddle of water with water leaking from my ceiling. High 5 Plumbing was able to get a tech onsite the same day! John was professional, provided a few solutions to the problem and did a quick look over some of my utilities. I would 100% call High 5 Plumbing again.

Every experience we have had with high 5 plumbing has been fantastic. Mike was great and on time. He explained all of my options to me clearly and worked quickly and efficiently. Our sink drain is good as new!

We called High 5 to replace our 17 year old water heater and had Dakota come out to take a look and provide us with a quote. He was fantastic, extremely professional, and explained everything thoroughly. That being said, I believe they're trained to come in and find any minor issue in order for them to develop tiered pricing. Essentially, their highest tier was a laundry list of small things they found that we never requested Dakota to take a look at and their Base was fixing our water heater. I think the concept of tiering is great, but I'd love if it was based off of quality and not We fix everything or we only fix a few things. Lastly, their pricing was high in comparison to other quotes. I'm sure their quality is fantastic but we were able to get someone in that did a great job for half of the price.

High 5 Plumbing has done an amazing job with the very large job required (main service line repair with sidewalk excavation and re-construction, and complete re-plumb due to frozen pipes) at my not so young house (1943). As any home owner knows, the older the house the more challenging any repair job is. This did not phase High 5 or the extremely terrific technician Jose who completed the re-plumb practically all by himself!! All in all an extremely concerning and frustrating start to this plumbing job was turned into a relatively simple, easy, and thorough job by the end. I strongly recommend High 5 for your future plumbing needs.

They confirmed the appointment in advance, called 30 minutes ahead of arrival, examined the issue and provided a quote, then completed the repair on the spot. Sean arrived on time, was polite, provided all the information I needed and completed the work pretty quickly. I would use High 5 if I need plumbing services in the future.

I called High 5 Plumbing to change out a garbage disposal. I asked for an estimate of the cost of a very simple job. The customer service person would not give me an estimate. I wanted to schedule the job ASAP. I had had the same job a week earlier, but the garbage disposer was too noisy so I was replacing it with a quieter disposer. The cost of the job the previous week was $160. The plumber was not available for 2 weeks. High 5 charged me $290 for the same job. I provided all the parts for both jobs.I asked the technician to repair a toilet and he provided the system inside the tank. And the charge was $400 for $50 in materials and 1/2 hours of labor. The technician did explain that High 5 was expensive. In retrospect High 5 is very expensive and the quality for simple plumbing was adequate. Get an estimate in advance on the phone and call a couple of plumbers to make sure you will not be taken advantage of.

Our tech, Peter was super helpful and honest about our underground pipe issues. The membership agreement offers a great value which we signed up for! I definitely recommend Peter and High 5 Plumbing!

This company has an outstandingly professional and transparent team. After receiving a quote from another plumbing company, I read the good reviews about High Five on the Better Business Bureau and called them for a second bid on the work needed at my house. Shortly after the first team member began walking me through the evaluation of the issues in my home, I realized this company was much different from their competitor. They weren't selling, they instead were providing and honest and thorough evaluation and walked me through what was needed and why.On the day the work began, Dave and Morgan were here on-time with their crew. They promised the work would be done in a day...I'm amazed this happened due to the size of the job. After work was completed they explained what occurred and made sure my home and yard were clean and back together. They had to remove part of my fence and put it back together better than it was prior to the project. I saved $$$ on fence repair!I wouldn't hesitate if you're considering High Five. You'll be impressed and comfortable the work is done well and done correctly.

Prompt and professional. Faucet installation was $517 for install + new p-trap pipe (I had purchased a faucet elsewhere which they installed). I’m glad to have the sink back in use, however the pricing seems a bit high for a relatively simple job. Shop around if you can.I asked the dispatcher to apply the $49 fee for the visit towards repairs if I approved the work, and they agreed—It’s worth asking for this if you plan to work with High 5 Plumbing.

Wow. I am extremely impressed with this company. The scheduler was prompt, accommodating and displayed perfect communication skills. I received and appointment confirmation directly to my cell phone right after hanging up. They got me in same day and called to see if I could be available an hour earlier than anticipated. The tech, Jason, arrived and was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He gave me expert and sound advice and completed the work in a timely and very professional manner. Josh was early, he was friendly, he was respectful, and he really helped me understand what was going on and what he would do to fix it. He answered all my questions very helpfully, and I was overall impressed with the quality and professionalism of Josh and High 5. We were in a bind and had all of our gas turned off due to some major leaks. We called about 20 places, and High Five was the only place that showed up as they said they would. The plumber/tech that came out was very efficient, informative, and kind. He walked us through each repair, and didn't repair things that would have been unnecessary to repair. We were in a time crunch and they worked hard to get the permit to our city office in a quick amount of time. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had John Peloquin recently help us with a new home inspection. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, professional. We greatly appreciated his honesty and kindness during the process. I was told that the repair was merely tightening a valve, so just paid a trip charge, but the seal is not watertight and am told that that this service isn't warranteed and only other options are from $325 to over $500. They have been good in the past with what were reasonable prices, but feel like they are over charging now for a simple job and I will be looking for a new plumbing service.

After putting 2 pounds of pasta down my garbage disposal, thinks got backed up. Called High 5 Plumbing and a technician named Caleb came out the same day, he was professional and tidy. It was in the middle of a birthday party but he went right to business. After multiple attempts at snaking the drain, Caleb answered the questions of many people and explained to us the situation and that we would need get the high pressure cleaner to push the clog out.At our next appointment CJ and Seth came to the house- again went right to business and keeping the area clean. Within a short time they had the pipe clog free and water running smoothly. They took the time to educate us on what can go into a garbage disposal, preventative measures to take other than draino, and answered all of our questions.We had a a pleasant experience with all technicians and are very happy with the services.Thank you, team!

I called High 5 because water was coming out of the side of my house when using the dishwasher or kitchen sink. They scheduled me for 8am-10am the next morning. The first technician Josh showed up just after 8am. He was courteous and professional and found that the drain pipes were broken in the wall. He also found damaged main pipes. After assessing the damage he worked up a quote and sent it to my landlord to approve. Just after 10AM two more technicians arrived (Chris and Jerry) they got to work right away and replaced the broken pipe. They also corrected an issue with the dishwasher drain routing. Both of them were friendly and professional, they even reinstalled the dishwasher I had removed looking for the source of the leak before calling for help. I had to leave for work before they finished and had expected to have to reinstall it after I got home tonight. The high quality of work and their warranty are very reassuring that no further damage to the house will occur. I would definitely call High 5 again if another problem were to occur. I like that the dispatch called me to let me know they were on the way. I was also texted a picture of the technicians so I knew who I eas dealing with before they arrived. I recieved another call in the evening to make sure the work was done correctly and everything was working again. All in all I am very happy with the service I recieved.

Great service. A little pricey is the only thing I can say, but you definitely get your money's worth. Professional and on-time. They did a great job with extending the gas pipe and installing a waterline and their corresponding valves. The next day they even offered help install the gas dryer (since who delivered it did not which was not anticipated) which was not part of the initial job.Thanks Jordan!

We called High Five for a second opinion on a broken pipe that drains from the kitchen. High Five informed us that we didn’t need to dig up the backyard to repair the pipe as all the drainage pies were clean and functional and met together far from the house. A previous plumber told us that we would have to repair a very old clay pipe and would cost thousands. High Five assessed our outgoing drainage and called it good. The previous team put a bypass drain in place that is functional and up to code per High Five. So Co we appreciate that thy approved the bypass and did t attempt to make thousands off of us! Steven was courteous and explained all the steps as he went. We are very grateful.

I called High 5 plumbing on New Year’s Eve due to a large water bubble forming in our kitchen ceiling. Josh Moya was out here within 30 minutes of the call. They came out to clear a clogged kitchen sink drain. The scheduling process was easy and the appointment was on time. The service tech, Lucas, was professional and very qualified (he cleared the drain no problem!) and cleaned up very thoroughly.The service was pricier than I was expecting since it was a simple drain snaking. Some of the enhanced options went higher than $1,000 for some bells and whistles I didn’t need, but I would definitely consider using them again if we are in a pinch.

They rearranged their schedules to accommodate my emergency situation, and were at my house within an hour. The technician Mike Mauldin was exceptionally courteous and professional, and had my issue fixed in no time! I have had bad experiences with plumbing companies in the past, so this company was like a breath of fresh air. The technician Mark arrived on time which I greatly appreciated!! He assessed the situation with the water heater and gave me estimates on replacement with either electric or gas and we also discussed the procedures with each. Mark was professional and and very nice to work with. Also called an electrician to set up an appointment to verify what the electric panel could handle for this afternoon. Austin did an inspection of our plumbing. He was efficient, thorough, professional, and friendly. We didn't have any issues - our house is only a year old - but he showed me pictures of what he looked at and he placed a screen that was missing on one of our exterior exhaust vents.

The technicians were professional and competent. However, I found the prices to be quite high to unclog a kitchen sink. Various options were given, which I appreciated, but all the expensive packages were certainly not what I needed. I was satisfied with the basic service.

High 5 was great. Daniel came out and did an awesome job. He knew what he was doing, did it well, and did it quickly but without rushing. Very reasonably priced and friendly. Francesca on the phone was friendly, did her job well, and communicated great. After a lot of misses with other plumbing companies, I’m keeping my business with High 5.

The job was to replace leaking pipe under kitchen sink, the work they did was fine, fast and convenient. Just as a heads up they charged me $700 for 45min of work. When I called and asked how they got to this number I was told it is a set rate for 3/4” pipe replacement. They said they cannot quote over the phone, so I was already out $50 for having them come out. I have no problem with the work they did but, I caution others to learn from my mistake and get other quotes. I called around and a reasonable plumber would charge around $200 for this work. I do not mind paying for convenience but I do feel paying over triple average rates is too much.

Wonderful experience with Jeff. He gave a very complete and thorough review of our water heater installation, and he was honest about the issues he noticed. I never felt like we were being overcharged or pressured into more costly repairs. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and the technician was right on time. We had our water heater replaced same day in just a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

I have used High Five plumbing for several jobs and they have all been excellent! Chris was no different! He diagnosed the problem, provided several options to repair the leak, provided several quotes and then fixed the leak efficiently. He cleaned up after himself, moved the furniture back and explained the whole process. In addition, he was genuinely nice, kind to my pets and thoughtful in his interactions. Just received poor service from the admin assistant. I receive numerous promotional information in the mail and asked to not have information sent to me. She rudely said she would and quickly hung up without collecting any information from me. What a waste of paper… I guess the company doesn’t care about the environment.

Absolute worst and unprofessional experience I have had with a company. We have over 80 locations, we are not everywhere at once. We called on a Saturday for service and where told immediate payment was not necessary and we would be invoiced. We sent the invoice to our AP team on Monday, the first business day after the repair, for immediate payment and on Tuesday they are threatening to come undo their repairs because they have not been paid yet. Absolutely will not be using again. If you want immediate payment then say so, don't call and threaten me a day later after YOU told us we could mail a check.

This company came highly recommended and said they could have someone out the same day which was impressive, 30 minutes later they cancelled on me due to an emergency call. Okay no problem I get it, but then this morning they called and once again needed to reschedule. In my experience this usually ends up being how the job will go with delays etc, to reschedule twice in less than a 24 hour timeframe isn’t professional.

A friend highly recommended High 5 Plumbing after she had work done in her home. I want to purchase a gas range/oven for my kitchen, but since there was not a gas line in the kitchen, I contacted High 5 Plumbing to send someone out to give me an estimate for the work, and the person came out the next day. Ryan, the workman, was very pleasant, thorough, and explained all of the details involved. Someone will come back tomorrow to do the actual work. I am very pleased with the preparatory steps that have been taken.

The plumber Lucas was very patient and took the time to go over options and pricing. Poor guy was working on a house built in 1880’s with a lot of work that needed to be done ( and undoing inappropriate work previously). He allowed us to direct service and pick and choose what we were willing to do to address ALLLL the issues that needed to be done. He worked with us and was extremely professional and tidy. He even put booties on rolling tools. Appreciate his willingness to work with us and our specific needs, even if we were being a tad cheap and putting off future repairs. Thanks!

I called High 5 to take care of some routine plumbing issues. Instead of just wading into the job, John Ussery took the time to give my old (built in 1898) home an inspection. He discovered that the water pressure into our house was too high, and recommended the installation of a regulator valve. He told me that many minor plumbing issues (and some major ones) are caused by overpressure. I verified this, and he completed the installation, as well as addressing my original issues. I very much appreciate the extra attention to detail. High 5 is my go-to plumber.

The whole process from calling to getting the project done was efficient and easy for me. Someone actually answered the phone when I called, I was able to schedule service for the following morning and Steven showed up and completed the job (I needed an existing natural gas line modified so I could hook up a grill). He was professional, on schedule, super nice, knowledgeable and gave me various options to choose from. He didn’t need a ton of my time either. He made sure I was knowledgeable on how my system operated, and ensured I was comfortable in the operation. We also tested the system together and he wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied before he finished the job.Their service works great. You get a text about the person that’s coming over (to include their picture) and real-time info for when they will arrive.

We had a gas leak that left our gas turned off, and needed someone to come fix the issue asap. The person who answered the phone at High 5 was so kind and helpful, and got us an appointment for the next morning. Jason came out yesterday to fix the leak and was fantastic! He was thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He got everything fixed and our gas turned back all by the end of the day. Everyone at High 5 was communicative, professional, and kind. We'll absolutely be using them again and will recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors

We hired High 5 Plumbing to move our sink plumbing and water lines over about 6 inches to accommodate our new kitchen cabinet layout. Ryan was our plumber and he was great! Extremely professional and helpful. He got the job done and was patient while we maneuvered the new sink base over the new plumbing before finishing his work. I can't speak to rates as this company was recommended to us and we didn't get other estimates, but they were great to work with, very responsive, and we felt confident in the work that was done.

We had a burst pipe, and High 5 was able to get a technician out not only same day, but within about an hour of me calling. They sent me a picture of the tech and called to let me know when he was about 10 min away.Our technician not only solved the immediate problem, but beyond that, he found the real solution to our problem, which was a cheaper solution for us than it would have been if he hadn't done a little digging. Jordan and his cousin came into locate and repair a small leak in our downstairs bathroom. They are the most professional and careful plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. Be aware of using the high cost of this plumbing service, $20 dollars of parts & 20 minutes of service costed me $540. Did they get the job done, yes but I paid an immorally amount for their service. I pulled out my vanity, cut a hole in the wall for access for what needed to be done to try and save money but I still paid nearly $1000/ hourly rate.

Excellent customer service. High 5 called me 4 different times during the day of visit to confirm appt, provide name of plumber, confirm the visit went well, and if I had additional questions. The service was also performed well - problem was resolved and plumber provided advice on how to prevent the problem from recurring.

My sump pump was replaced. The space was difficult and the job smelly. Davion was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and all around wonderful to have in my home and take care of my complicated problem. He is an all around charming young man!

The plumber was polite and nice, but the business charge an echo Rita the rate of $377. I would never use them again! I have my sewer cleaned regularly because of tree roots and have never paid such a terrible price.I needed my sewer and the day was ending but believe they prey on the customer’s serious need.

Caleb was friendly, thorough, and very efficient at troubleshooting a leak in my condo that was affecting the units below. A previous plumber had said it was the dishwasher but he determined that the dishwasher was tight and not the problem. But he did notice that the connection to the garbage disposal was not to code and fixed it quickly. He also noticed the water line under the sink was frayed and was a disaster waiting to happen. I asked him to fix that and he did with supplies he had on the truck. In conversation while he was working, my tenant told me the toilet sometimes runs a lot and she has to giggle the flushing mechanism. I thought it was a flapper problem and went to look. A minor adjustment was needed there, but I discovered the toilet was quite loose on the floor. Caleb surmised that the leak was really coming from there. He gave me a quote for pulling the toilet to determine it for sure which I approved before he started that work. After he pulled the toilet, he showed me where the leak occurred and replaced the wax ring with a jumbo rather than the two coned ones that were put in there incorrectly, stabilized the toilet, caulked the base, and even went down to the unit below to check out the damage, which was minute. He was there for about two hours total, and the charges were just under $500. Money well spent for peace of mind for me, as the owner, and for the occupants of the two condo units. Purchased the top of the line toilets they offered. Toilet leaks and does not always flush toilet paper. Had them out twice now and each time was told it had defective parts. They would not replace it the second time out. Issues were not resolved!

We scheduled an appointment the night prior on line and high 5 was super responsive and communicative through out the process. Jason showed up within the time window after we received a message with a link to his actual location. Jason was super friendly and helpful in providing options and different services we could do to fix the issue. Though the price felt a bit high I don’t have much of a baseline to compare it to. The work was finished quickly and everything was cleaned up. And of course we got a high five at the end!

Excellent service from Lucas and the company. When an appointment cancelled before my original appointment, they called and offered an earlier appointment. Repairmen wear booties over their shoes. Rather than charge me for another trip, they had another repair person drive down the garbage disposal I wanted. No water on my floors or counters. Estimate provided before work began. I called high5 based on reviews. Never heard of them. Had a water line break with water shut off in house. They took details and said they would have a tech onsite in 4-6 hours. Tech named Morgan L came onsite. I showed him the problem and explained the difficulties. Last company had to tear out a wall to fix a pressure regulator 6 years ago. I told him I did not want sharkbites on my main water line. And I wanted my sprinkler feed AFTER the pressure reg. He took it in so fast I started repeating it cause I did not think he understood. He stopped me halfway through and said I totally understand what you want. you want this. 1. 2. 3. etc. based on steps. I said excellent thats what I wanted. he said I will not use sharkbites, my boss would fire me. He had a new compression method I had never seen. He laughed at the wall comment. he had it all fixed in 2 hours. I told him when the regulator was replaced 6 or so years ago they had me with water off for 2 days while they ordered it. He once again laughed. I am soo glad I called this company and I have put Morgans card up on my first call list of companies I call when something breaks. Fully recommend this company and maybe you will be lucky enough to get morgan?

My gal and I been using High 4 for years now. Each time has been for the same reason: a backed up floor drain. And each time, they've let us know causes. We just haven't been in a position to commit to a long-term fix. As with any plumbing, the bill can sometimes be a tough pill to swallow. Well after the last time this drain backed up this week, we gave them a call. We weren't members, (but have since signed up), and they were here the very next day. Our home was built in 1925 so we have walls and ceilings made of plaster, not drywall. We noticed a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom. Called High 5 Plumbing and a tech (Jason) was sent to take a look.Jason arrived on time and ready for work as soon as he arrived. Jason assessed the issue and, after opening a section of ceiling, found that the seal from around a old iron sewer pipe had failed, and the iron pipe was rotting out.Jason then explained everything that needed to be repaired/replaced.He started working on making repairs...wow...Jason meticulously went about his business, cutting the old out and replacing with new...all while working in a area of maybe 4 square feet.Jason worked on this issue for the whole day, and kept us informed of his progress throughout. What a super job he did!In the future, we will look to High 5 for our plumbing needs...and we WILL be telling our friends and neighbors to try High 5 Plumbing themselves.

Had them hook up a utility sink in my garage. Jason was fast, friendly, and did good work.Update: Early 2019 I had them return because my basem*nt drain was backing up. In the process of clearing my drain line, their equipment damaged the tile in my bathroom. The clearing came with a one year warranty. This past week (late 2019), when my drain line began backing up again in the same fashion I called to claim my warranty service. The plumber did not perform the service but did attempt to upsell me on services and quoted me several packages the least expensive of which was over $1,000 dollars.They are a relatively expensive service, which at first seemed worthwhile, but subsequent experiences have changed my opinion. The mediocre quality of their work, and their reluctance to honor agreements, does not justify their premium pricing.

The plumber that came to our home was nice, professional and courtesy. I explained our problem to Carlisha, she took the time to listen and trouble shoot. After trying to reduplicate the plumbing issue. We agreed it was my children flooding the bathroom was the issue. I never felt like I was rushed,or that my issue was a job for $. I was facing a major pipe replacement and called High Five for a second opinion. Mark came out, scoped the pipes, and reassured me that he did not believe a major replacement was necessary and though our pipes were draining slowly they should continue to work if we monitor them. He riced out a replacement and it was in line with the other company’s pricing. He said he could not recommend replacement at this time in good faith and gave us peace of mind and may have saved us a lot of money. Thanks!

I got 3 pictures of the same faucet handle in my bath tub with my invoice. Not sure why they sent this with my invoice for a ridiculous amount of money ($387) for a minimal faucet gasket and valve replacement. Caleb was a good plumber technician and wore shoe covers in the house. He forgot to put the main water valve door back and didn't reconnect the outdoor hose line after checking our water pressure for unknown reason, even though our pressure has never been an issue. Most important he was quick, efficient, and job was done right.

This was my first experience with this company, and they were excellent. Technician was prompt and professional. He listened to my concerns and communicated how he was going to fix the problem. After completion, the office called to make sure I was completely satisfied. The cost was reasonable and was estimated based on the work that was to be done for my job. Not a flat rate. My water heater was leaking and needed replaced ASAP. These guys put in a long day to make sure I had what I needed! They showed up at 8 for the estimate, patiently waited while I got a second quote (which was much higher), and promptly returned and got to work as soon as I called to give them the go ahead. We had super low water pressure in our sink faucet and Nicholas came and helped me inspect the issue, which he identified pretty quickly. Ryan arrived on time and clearly explained his strategy to solve the mysterious clogged drain that stumped a previous plumber. It's NEVER a good thing when things go awry in your bathroom on a Saturday mornng. Clearly, I understood that this was a job for Superman. Not having a plumber in the family, I had to find a service. The best reviews I read were for HIGH 5 PLUMBING and I called. Right away, they were friendly and informative with a price structure discussed. JORDAN was able to come early; he's a Journeyman Plumber. He assessed the sitch - clogged drain AND I flushed my tongue scraper down the toilet - and was able to give me a fair price before he started. Very transparent!Not only was he professional and speedy, he was also very personable and quick witted. He is simply great! Also, I found out the best place for pizza in all of Denver...you'll have to ask him! And yes, he did HIGH 5 me before he left!

Dakota and his apprentice put in some hard work - our sump install was more than they bargained for. We encountered steel reinforcement in the slab, babyhead sized rocks strewn throughout the dig area and plenty of water. But though the install was difficult, it didn't change the quality of work - my sump is level, the hole expertly sealed, and they left the place cleaner than they arrived. We feel very confident in their work. We also got some recommendations about other plumbing in our home which I called on and got scheduled for the very next day.

I called High 5 Plumbing the afternoon of a holiday and was pleasantly surprised I was able to get an appointment set up for the following morning. My plumber was Caleb. He arrived promptly at the appointment time and was friendly and professional. I appreciated being explained the issue and being given a few different options for a solution.

We were given a 2 hour window in the afternoon but the CSR called back to offer us an earlier slot. So within 30 minutes of our call, we had Jason come by our house to unclog our kitchen drain. He was super professional, respectful of the space, and helpful in how he offered up some suggestions.

They came out twice and didn't even bother to diagnose the problem - they just fixed the toilet - but the amount of water on our bathroom floor didn't change! Actually that's not true it got worse after the second time they came out and didn't even install the toilet flange correctly, so suddenly our slow leak got a lot bigger. I called a different plumber who took his time and figured out what the problem was (it was fixtures in the shower - not the toilet). When I called to express my frustration and request a partial refund on the more than $500 they had charged to come out to our house twice the lady on the phone let me know that I was wrong by reading me the notes on what they said they had done ...nothing more infuriating. I'll give my business to a company who cares - Dam Good Plumbing.Yes, I am sure they would have continued to come out and charge me $250.00 everytime they came to NOT fix the problem!

Chris was prompt, knowledgeable, tidy, and able to quickly troubleshoot and repair my emergency plumbing situation. High Five initially had only an after hours slot available which had an additional fee. It was an emergency so I agreed, gratefully. They said if an earlier appointment became available they would give me that slot. One did become available and they moved my appointment up to a time that did not require the additional fee.

DO NOT USE HIGH5 FOR ROUTINE SEWER-LINE ROTO ROOTING.We have large trees in our yard and clear our main sewer line of roots once a year. We decided to give High5 a try. I should have known better when they wouldn’t give me the price of a standard roto rooting over the phone and explained that it was 49$ for the tech to come, however that would be rolled into the service. I accepted considering I’ve never paidmuch more than 100$ in the 15 years I’ve had this service done.When the tech arrived they quoted 420$ to do a 5-10 minute job. I refused and was stuck paying 49$ to tell the tech that I did want to pay such an outrageous price. He cited their impressive “warranty” the reason for the high price…BE ADVISED - don’t use them for routine maintenance

They were on time, priced fairly, and clearly had a lot of experience when it comes to working with older homes (they removed an OLD lead pipe drain that ultimately failed, and resulted in some pretty severe water damage). I had High 5 repair a sink leak a couple of weeks ago and decided to also have a pressure regulator valve installed a couple of weeks later. Our water service mainline had been replaced by Denver Water last year and the water pressure has been too high ever since. High 5 did a great job - fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend High 5.

In short: Great experience/result in what could have been a potentially disastrous repair.Our toilet wouldn't stop flushing last Saturday morning, so by 8:30am I was on the phone. High 5 had Caleb out to our apartment by 9:57, and what ensued was a testament to how quickly things can go sideways, and also why having a diligent, kind professional helping you out can make it go as smoothly as possible.The toilet had been fixed last year by another plumbing company, but that repair had apparently failed. When Caleb arrived, he diagnosed the issue and informed me that since it was nearly 11, if he could get out the door quickly he could retrieve the parts from a commercial plumbing supplier (our building's toilets are commercial, not residential, and thus require special parts not available in your normal home stores). By 11:50, he had returned (our toilet wasn't constantly flushing at this point, as the water was off) and set out to what we all imagined would be a pretty straightforward repair. About ten minutes later, Caleb called to my attention an issue with the pipes INSIDE the wall: They were so old and made of galvanized steel that the threads had corroded and effectively been taken off with the removal of the old toilet part, and now the pipe at the wall would need to be removed too. Problem was, that pipe was also heavily corroded and snapped into pieces when he tried to turn it from its fitting inside the wall.In a last ditch effort, he cut some tile off the wall (not ideal, but better than what could have happened) and very, very delicately used a saw to notch the pipe/threads left inside the T connector to attempt remove them from that fitting. After what felt like an eternity, he was able to extract the threads and screw on a new copper pipe so we wouldn't face this issue again. From there, it was smooth sailing, and we have a perfectly functioning toilet now!Caleb saved us from what surely would have been a massive bathroom renovation, because it he couldn't have gotten the threads out, we'd have been cutting plaster walls and tile to find a spot on the pipes in the wall that wasn't corroded and we could make a new connection.He's the man, High 5 got him out promptly and were SUPER communicative, and I firmly believe the job was priced fairly, especially considering the relatively unavailability of the commercial parts at close to noon on a Saturday. All credit to Caleb for making it happen and recognizing the timeline he was working on if the repair was getting done that day.Caleb was kind, gave our kid a coloring book (nice touch!), and answered all my questions. He worked quickly, as quietly as possible with our child napping (without us asking), and was an all-around good dude.If something else goes wrong, I'm calling High 5 immediately.

We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and the last thing we thought would be a challenge is to move our gas line from one spot to another. So, we interviewed four companies and decided to go with Dave from High 5 Plumbing. Their bid was higher than the other bids, but we felt more comfortable going with this company and we are SO happy we did! We faced obstacle after obstacle, but due to Dave being a genus and his ingenuity, he was able to accomplish our goal. Don't go elsewhere because if you face a problem, you will wish you hired a contractor such as Dave!

Total repair (new disposal install) took 30-40 minutes. Steven answered all my questions and explained DIY techniqes too. In and out painlessly, great communication and follow up by High Five. Caleb and High 5 Plumbing were first to contact me even after hours when my sink faucet was not working with hot water. Caleb was very attentive and able to diagnose the issue and worked to mediate quickly but professionally. I appreciated that he talked me through his work and the issues and was receptive to ideas I had.We will work with High 5 Plumbing again in the future if something comes up (which is very likely).

High 5 Plumbing sent a technician the same day of my call for a leak, determined the cause and got the leak fixed. I don’t know how competitive the rates were, but I was satisfied and would recommend their services.

Outstanding customer service. Great communication, prompt response times and knowledgable staff. You should be aware of trip charges. Twice I've paid $89 trip charge for no labor just to tell me heater is programed properly and give me a partial quote that couldn't be finished. I'm ok with trip charges but it's excessive when you've made money off of me already and want to charge again to complete quote. Going some where else for this job and the remodel project now.

Jose was our technician. He was a real pro and very helpful and personable. I was impressed by how quickly High 5 was able to respond to our request and their approach to disclosing what repairs would cost so there was no unpleasant surprise at the end. I recommend them.

We use this company for all our business's plumbing needs in Denver Area and Fort Collins and they are always able to come out quickly and address whatever the issue happens to be, often same-day. We had an issue with a toilet in Parker, and John was able to solve the issue quickly and professionally. I recommend this company.

Early Saturday morning I was rudely awakened by the sound of running water in my downstairs bathroom. I was unable to completely shutoff the water. Fortunately for me, High 5 Plumbing somehow managed to get two plumbers over to my house. Chris Hales and Nick Greeno arrived on scene and quickly replaced a section of a hot water line that failed and also finished removing and installing the faucet that I had ineptly tried to replace the night before. These guys were friendly, courteous, professional and very thorough. They checked all water lines upstairs, downstairs and outside to make sure there were no other problems. It was a welcome relief to have these two professionals make it to my house on a Saturday and save the day. I am very grateful. High 5 Plumbing has earned my business.

I needed to get touchless faucets installed at my job and I reached out to High 5 Plumbing and I heard back within an hour. They gave me an appointment for the next day. Caleb showed up 10 minutes earlier than expected, wearing a mask and gloves and was nothing but kind and professional. He received the parts needed for the faucet and was able to do the install two days later. He showed up early every time that we had an appointment and he got the job done within 2 hours and the faucets work perfectly now and we have a warranty for two years. Our technician John was very responsive, he diagnosed the problems with our kitchen plumbing and offered several options to repair the issue (he even talked us out of a more costly option). We joined their membership to save more on visits in the future. I would highly recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

We used Justin to replace our faucet in our shower. Polite, responsive, efficient. Same day repair on a Saturday. No up charge. Would use this company again.

They dug out a six-foot manhole around the outside faucet & the well pump shaft. They were neat and put all of the dirt on tarps. However, we got charged double of what have charged us. They were here five hours.

Work was done quickly, only took half the day for a response and an hour to fix. However $957 for replacing a check valve and part of a pipe on my ejection pump? It's not even a $50 part! **Edit** Yes, they did indeed provide four options, this was the least expensive, and yes, we did indeed authorize the work. Unfortunately the fix was needed sooner rather than later; they were prompt.

John was awesome and did our little job quickly. I absentmindedly initiated a “High 5” cause this source of stress is in the past all of the sudden. My gas works, so my oven works, so I’m pretty happy right now. Thanks, John, enjoy those eggs!

I have used High 5 for several years at 2 different homes. I like the quality of work I get, and I have used the warranty when I've had issues. They're friendly and very responsive. I typically get work completed within 24 hours for non-emergency repairs. I have no trouble negotiating, and I have asked for different options for repairs, and explanations of my options, and they are accommodating. I don't feel like I am haggling in a pawn shop if I want to explore a cheaper option. Just from experience, some people in the trades will tell you what you're going to do with your house and how much it's going to cost. High 5 doesn't do that. As a homeowner, finding a good plumber is a crucial resource to protect your home from water damage and maintain a vital system within your home. High 5 has been my good plumber since 2017 at this point, and I have no regrets.

I called High 5 because another plumber installed a bathtub for me that was leaking. I tried to get that plumber to fix his error but he wasn’t willing to do so. Justan was awesome! He was on time and knew exactly what the problem was. He was able to quickly fix it with minimal effort. I wish I would have used Justan and High 5 the first time, I would have saved time and money! Highly recommend them and if you can pick who comes out, ask for Justan

We used High Five to replace three toilets all in one trip. The guys were on time, informative, polite, etc., she they got it all done in roughly 2.5 hours.The only thing I'd note is that I felt like the price was a little high (higher than research let me to believe is typical). I don't know how much faith to put in those numbers, but it did feel a bit pricey to me.

I've only gone through the estimate process for a new water heater, but my experience has been excellent so far. Submitting a request was easy, and the service team followed up promptly to confirm my issue and get me on the calendar for an estimate with a manager. Zach, the manager I worked with, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, super patient with all of my questions, and overall quite helpful. He followed up with written estimates covering several available options and explained what next steps would look like with High 5. I have not yet gotten the work done, but based on my experience so far I would be comfortable working with this team.

Daniel and Mike provided an A+ in home visit and assessment today. They were knowledgeable, thorough and consultative in a way that built a ton of trust and respect for me in the business and their ability to meet my needs. I did not schedule the service as the needs are not totally urgent, but they were incredibly helpful in walking me through all of the reasons that could/are causing problems and more importantly all of the potential solutions they could provide.

From start to finish this was five star service. I really appreciate how Caleb involved me in the process and took the time to show me where our leak was coming from as well as a solution to the problem. High 5 is a pleasure to work with. We had our main line clog up. They were able to make it out same day. Our technician Josh M was courteous and on time and knowledgeable. We’d already had an awful experience with a different company earlier in the day so it was a refreshing difference with High 5. Also I’m happy with the 6 month warranty so if we back up again within 6 months the price we paid included them coming out once more within 6 months. Overall I’d def recommend them. We had Caleb come out to fix our broken sink. The entire experience was great! The appointment I scheduled was within 24 hours of when I booked. The company provides a tracking link so you can see when your service person is on their way, a video introduction and assured us that the plumber would have a mask, booties, and gloves as precaution during this pandemic period. We got the estimate and had everything fixed within an hours time and Caleb was really good at explaining the estimate and our options.

Morgan was one of the coolest, most professional guys I’ve had the chance to work with. You guys saved us a big headache and we will be using you from now on.

Having used them in the past, they always did a great job so we called them again for a clogged main sewer line. The tech came out, was very congenial but he put in minimal effort before giving up and telling us he thought our drains had collapsed underground and we would need a camera probe. The camera crew came out, spent far longer under the house than the tech, yet they produced no video evidence, telling us the camera went underwater so they did not bother to record. However they gave us the same diagnosis; our drains have collapsed and proceeded to give us our options, all of which ranged from the $8000.00 to $ 20,000.00 to replace the entire sewer line. Then they offered us a financing plan that I could only describe as loan shark rates, we would have paid back 5x the cash quote had we accepted their offer.I went out the next day, rented a snake from Home Depot and cleared the drain on my first effort. Total cost $59.00 plus 2.5 hours of my time. My wife called them the following week to complain, and although they made some lame excuses for their very poor and shady service I have to give them credit because Hi Five refunded all of our money.Ironic that we started to use Hi Five about 8 years ago because another plumping company had tried a similar scam. I would be willing to pay Hi Five or another company every few years to come out and clear our drain versus $20,000.00 to replace what does not need replacing. We were very disappointed with Hi Five and will not be calling them in the future.

Another plumber came by earlier in the day and provided us with an inflated price with no explanation, and we felt like we were taken advantage of in our situation. I called High 5 Plumbing and they were empathetic to our situation and gave us the best price with a breakdown of what exactly we were getting with our purchase. They were prompt in their arrival and were able to replace our water heater within a few hours! Steven Till was the one who responded with another man, who we did not get his name but was also excellent, and they even provided us with an explanation of our new system as well as a membership for future services with them and their tested contracted companies for other house emergencies/issues. As new home owners and new to the area, we felt that they were authentic and professional and gave us avenues for contacts that we will be utilizing if anything else comes up with the house. We would definitely recommend them to any friends or colleagues that run into similar problems!

My wife and I were not informed until the actual delivery of a new refrigerator that its installation would require professional plumber, compression-fitted, water line hook-up!! And on a Saturday no less!! Hundreds of dollars worth of food from our old freezer and fridge were awaiting transfer and at risk of loss. We had recently signed-up for the High 5 Plumbing Club and now had our first opportunity to see if all the promises made when we signed-up were real or not. We are happy to report that even on a Saturday High 5 had a plumber out to the house inside of an hour after we called them. The plumber explained our options (having to do with whether we wanted a dedicated shut-off switch for that water line or not), and completed the job in time to save the food!! The work was well done, the plumber was a consummate professional and a joy to work with throughout the process. Billing and payment were straight forward, and most of all the fees were incredibly reasonable... no gouging taking advantage of the emergency situation. Bottom-line, my wife and I will be High 5 Plumbing Club members for life; we no longer worry about whatever plumbing issues we might have in the future. Thanks High 5!!

High 5 immediately called me after my inquiry on Angies List for an estimate for a leaky T-pipe. They were able to send Josh out the next day. Whereas a previous company took several days to come out and wanted to come in and rip walls and a vanity to access the pipe , Josh was able to provide a solution with minimal cutting around the pipe. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will definitely use High 5 again and request Josh!

Mark was wonderful and very helpful in sorting through this task. However, my overall experience with High 5 has been difficult and drawn out. Mark was able to get some agreement that I only had to pay for parts for the work done since it would not pass inspection without it. The original work was done in 12/18 and we are still trying to get it to pass inspection.I appreciate Mark's professionalism and work to minimize the additional cost and difficulties that arose

I like the communication with High 5. The scheduling was easy with a 2 hour arrival window but then I was also contacted when they knew which side of that window they would be on. Received a call and a text.Chris arrived and was very nice and thorough. There were several recommendations to completely fix the problem but no pressure. I went with just the drain clean. It seems to have worked and I am pleased with that, although I do feel the price was on the higher end

Make sure you get multiple quotes before working with these guys. They will try to rip you off. I was quoted $18k for a mainline replacement which is 3x more than the other quotes I ended up getting. Now they are going to send me to collections for not paying for their laughable “non-refundable” membership fee of $200 that I never asked for. It’s definitely refundable guys. Do better.

George was punctual, quickly assessed the issue, and expertly fixed it - completely satisfied with the results. Furthermore, George explained the issue and process to fix it in layman’s terms. However painful a pipe leak is, George professionally walked me thru it and efficiently solved my problem. Highly recommend

So glad I decided to trust the reviews and go with High 5 Plumbing. These guys are fast and super professional. I’m not even close to handy when it comes to plumbing and they were very patient with me and explained everything in a way that I could understand it. They also kept a VERY clean work space. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind and even went through and swept my whole kitchen after they were done. Perhaps my favorite part though was how they treated my crazy dog, she can be a bit of a handful but they were so nice to her and didn’t get flustered by her presence. All in all this is a great company. I’ve seen 4 or 5 of their technicians and every single one is fantastic. You will not be dissatisfied if you choose this company.

We used High 5 for two recent unrelated issues, and both times they sent out highly professional and capable service folks. Best of all - they solved the issues on the same day we called for help. Both Amanda and Morgan were top notch, and went above and beyond.

First I must say Technicion was great ! The only problem is the tank kit they gave him to install is for newer toilets I think. Thus, sometimes we need to flush twice. Repairs to two toilets was over $730.00 so wish the one worked better.

I am very pleased with the repair job that this company did for me. They responded to my inquiry and my need for a repair very quickly, and they got everything diagnosed and fixed completely. Sean was a very helpful technician, who not only did good work, but did an excellent job of directly communicating with me throughout the process. He also helped by communicating with my insurance agent about the water damage that resulted from our plumbing issue. I would highly recommend them for their work. However, the only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because of the $49 trip charge that they add to every visit. They had to come out twice to fix my plumbing, and they charged that to me both times. They claim it's to cover the cost of travel for their truck, but I only live 8 miles from their office. All other companies waive those kinds of minimum fees if they end up doing your repair work, but this company refuses to make that accommodation.

I'm a brand new Member of High 5 Plumbing....I joined because I'm very impressed with the company and what it stands for, because I can't speak highly enough about Caleb Horn, a plumbing tech, AND because I want all the 10 percent discounts! I had a plumbing issue this past week that turned out be fairly complicated. Caleb was very knowledgeable, professional, extremely personable, and meticulous in getting the job done. The office staff was efficient and friendly working with me to set up job dates and times, and then updating me if necessary. Honestly, High 5 fees aren't cheap, but neither is their work and the 10% discounts help. I recommend this company highly.

Our sump pump was not working and was spilling over. I received several responses from companies but this company followed up and made arrangements to fix the problem the nest morning. I chose a high quality sump pump that was installed professionally.

Caleb Horn, the tech who came to my apartment from High 6 Plumbing, did an excellent job. I had a running toilet which he assured me did not have to be fixed because it was damaging nothing , and he cleared the line of my sink garbage disposal which was backed up about 10 ft which had occurred with the former owner. It was such a relief to not get any more backup in the sink next to it and the bad smell. He couldn't have been nicer, more organized or more efficient. High 5 is now in my contacts for good. Ann

Had a leak in a 90 degree bend coming off of the hot water heater. I don't go in the basem*nt much, so I didn't notice. Flooded the floor really good before I found it. Contacted High 5, and they sent an emergency tech. Caleb was about 46 minutes away, clear on the other side of town. He came right out, was super friendly, and got everything taken care of right off the bat. Called them up for a non emergency and they had someone out at my condo within an hour. Fully stocked truck to fix my issue - guy was in an out in around 2 hours. Very impressed and happy overall with the experience. Good service at a reasonable price.

It's rare that I meet someone without using their services and am willing to give them a review, but that is how impressive Tim Brill and High 5 Plumbing were! The manner in which Tim was able to explain his company's culture and the 12-point experience High 5 Plumbing is creating for its customers is nonexistent in the trade industry. Not to mention their High 5 Cares initiative giving back to incredible non-profits throughout the year. I have not yet been a client of theirs, but I certainly know where my business will go when I have a plumbing issue.

Prompt service. Called on Wednesday evening for a clogged kitchen sink and was able to make an appointment for the following morning. Received a text to let me know the technician was en route and he arrived at the designated appointment time. Was friendly and professional.

Daniel was great, he took his time assessing the problem, then walked me through in detail the problem and solution. He provided 3 options to resolve the problem and did put any pressure on me to decide. The dispatcher was great, friendly and helpful with scheduling and any questions I had. They were able to get us scheduled right away and communicated frequently if there was any status change.

Jason was extremely friendly and professional. He explained everything he planned on doing before he did it. He only worked on things that really needed to be done. Will definitely call again if anything else comes up!

The technician Steven was amazing. He was on time, wore shoe covers (which I greatly appreciate) and was clean, explained the whole process of scoping our lines and even gave me the option to watch it so I could fully understand what and where the problems were, and most importantly was honest with me when I asked how their quote for this big repair compared to other local plumbing companies. All in all it was a great experience dealing with High 5!

I googled 24 hour plumbers and a bunch of companies came up and I just started calling them but none of them were available or wanted to help until I contacted High Five. Mark was on site in an hour and a half and had everything fixed quickly. He was impressively qualified (master plumber) and communicated what was going on very well so that I could understand what was going on. He answered some questions about other potential plumbing jobs I have to tackle in the future and was gracious with his time. All around, it was a very positive experience, and he relieved a lot of anxiety regarding the leak in our basem*nt. Thanks Mark and High Five for being available and getting us taken care of.

The plumber was able to help me on a Saturday, which was hugely helpful, and he came by to do diagnostics and was able to replace two sump pumps, reroute pipes, and clear two slow drains in about 3.5 hours. I was very happy with his work, other than perhaps he could have been more careful about wearing his shoes in the master bedroom/bath without booties and leaving some residual drain debris on one of our hand towels. These are minutiae and I would gladly use them again.Update: 10/6/2020 used them again. Happily renewed our membership and the specialist (Lucas) resolved our badly clogged drain within about 3” minutes, checked another one and flushed it for us, and explained everything. He was professional, wore shoe coverings and a mask. We really appreciated everything. Makes taking care of these pesky issues less of a pain.

He was able to clear out our shower line that was backing up which will allow for us to be able to take a shower without having to turning off the water half way through in order to allow it to drain haha. We’ve had Josh work on plumbing for us before and he’s been great. This time he installed a gas line to our new gas stove and connected the two. He was able to install the gas line without having to damage any drywall. He’s respectful, knowledgable and a genuinely good person!

I hired High 5 Plumbing for a number of plumbing problems in my Kitchen and bathroom. I needed a new fauset, garbage disposal and work in.my.bathroom. They were absolutely fantastic. He was able to assess and propose a solution for my issue and fixed it within the hour. Very professional and clean work. Helpful with explaining everything to this first time home owner. Never felt like I was getting ripped off or led to fix anything unnecessary. He even pointed out (after I paid for this service) a spot on a pipe to keep an eye on and what to look for if any issues with it do develop in the future and what the cost would be to fix it. Will definitely use High 5 Plumbing again in the future!

A high 5 to High 5 Plumbing for coming to our rescue on a Friday night. We had a serious water leak coming from the dishwasher which had been leaking unknown to us for several weeks. Matthew Miller from High 5 Plumbing diagnosed the problem and saw that we did not have a PRV (pressure relief valve) installed on our main water inlet causing very high water pressure which can affect pipes and appliances. The pressure needs to be below 80 and ours was over 100, a common issue in Denver.This can lead to problems with dishwashers, washing machines, water heaters, etc. The repair took a while, but Matthew stayed until the job was completed. He came back the next day to adjust the pressure and fixed a couple of toilet problems, too.!

High 5 kept me informed when they would arrive and was prompt. Austin is friendly, and completed the work quickly. The price seems high, but probably typical of any plumbing company.

Lucas was fantastic! Shared everything about what he was doing, time frames, gave me a range of options for replacement of my leaking at the time water heater. While I do feel the cost was high, it was worth it for the professionalism and quick response! Made it to my house within 20 minutes of my call. If you're looking for cheap, probably look elsewhere, if you are looking for reliable, professional, and fast look no further!

I was shopping for a company to evaluate my current sump pump system and either optimize it or give my options of other things I may need to do, plus repair my output pipe. Jason came on time and was highly professional. He let me know one option which was replacing the sump pump with a system, but since the city just replaced my sump pump for free he suggested a better option that optimizes my current set up. It saved me tons of money. I truly appreciated his honesty and great information. He came the next day on time and did the work in a few hours. He gave me a thorough instruction of how to work my system and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend High 5 Plumbing.

Jordan came out & did a great job, replacing the rigged waterline & valve that was the problem. Justin came by to give an estimate on some outside plumbing work. His professionalism was demonstrated by a high level of honesty and integrity. This company has predatory pricing for its work. Perhaps if it's an emergency you can pay the astronomical prices but personally I liked to be kissed first before I am ******. I paid the trip charge and walked away.

Jose and high 5 provided great service. The problem was taken care of in a quick and effective matter. Jose did a great job and left the area spotless.

Jason was kick-ass at doing the requested work (sump pit and sump pump installation). He was very friendly and clean. He gave me good advice on future projects and the quality of work from other plumbers who have worked on the house. Would highly recommend Jason / High 5 and they have earned my business for any future plumbing issues.

High 5 plumbing was able to come out right away, on a Saturday afternoon, and repair my toilet, which I really appreciated. Everyone I spoke to, the person on the phone and the plumbers that came out (Lucas and Manny) , were friendly and professional and explained all of the cost/options. I’m happy with the work. One star off because I felt it was pricey (that’s just compared to google searches for average toilet rebuild cost), but the call out fee is lower than others.

Called High 5 after a pipe burst under my sink. They fit me in the very next day! They gave me a service window, but after a quick phone call letting me know a tech had finished up a job earlier than expected, they were here even sooner than promised. Steven was wonderful!! He was so polite and professional and even moved up on my dog while he was here. He talked me through everything he was doing and gave me some tips and tricks to avoid having a problem like that happen again. I would definitely recommend their service to any one!

Although a bit pricey, High 5 gets 'high marks' from me. I had my disposal finally die last night and, this morning, called around to find a plumber to replace it. Most other plumbing companies told me to wait until tomorrow or the next day and told me they couldn't promise an arrival time for less than plus/minus four hours. I saw the rave reviews for High 5 Plumbing on NextDoor and gave it a shot. I called, got a two hour window from 2 to 4 (I could have had them come over sooner, but my schedule precluded it) ON THE SAME DAY! They came on time and did fabulous work. The price of the service/disposal was higher than the other guys, but (hey) when you need 'em, pay the price! Which I knowingly/lovingly did. No more kitchen sink disposal problems! Whew, am I glad this headache is over with!

Ryan was on time and courteous and professional. My husband and I just bought our first home and had hi5 come out and ensure our water softner was working properly and taught us how to use it. Will use these guys again when in need of plumbing help!
