Building Collapses At Yacht Yard In Westchester Authorities rushed to a yacht yard in Westchester after a building collapsed into the water, authorities said. The incident happened in Mamaroneck on Saturday, Aug. 17 around 3 p.m., when a shed building at Nichols Yacht Yard at 500 Rushmore Ave. collapsed, according to the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department.
