Hello, today I reinstalled Win11 on my MSI Prestige 14 A12. I had suprised, that "Windows Hello" not finding any fingerprinters because this feature is worked before reinstalling. Then I installed Synaptics driver from Msi Center but this method won't work. So, I viewed my device manager and I found a driver problem:
Device USB\VID_06CB&PID_009B\8c658c8c6434 had a problem starting.
Driver Name: oem13.inf
Class Guid: {53d29ef7-377c-4d14-864b-eb3a85769359}
Service: WUDFRd
Lower Filters: WinUsb
Upper Filters:
Problem: 0x0
Problem Status: 0xC00000E5
I tried:
- Turn off driver, restart PC, then turn on driver.
- Reinstall this driver few times. Sometimes installer showed a troubleshoot window.
- Startup without system services and startup apps.
These methods are not working for me. How can I solve this problem?

do you follow the website description to install fingerprint driver?
Here is website driver description:
Please refer to the following steps to install the Synaptics fingerprint driver using the EXE file
1. Uninstall 'Synaptics WBFFP Reader' in the 'Apps and Features' option by right-clicking on the start menu and selecting 'Apps and Features'
2. Decompress the driver package and open the folder, then click View→Show→check File name extensions, go to the location: Syna_WBFFPReader_Signed_MSISecurePad-086_UWP_v5.5.11.1086_x64_Setup.exe, double-click the file with the left mouse button, and then select Install, after the installation is complete, the completed window will pop up ‘Finish’
3. Complete the installation after restarting the computer.

This method won't work. There is microsoft defender issue. When I'm turned off Core isolation setting, the system allowed to add fingerprint into Windows Hello. But in driver page, i get same message. At this moment, the problem is practically solved, because FingerPrint is working.

Try turn off Core isolation and restart PC, before installing synaptics driver. Then add fingerprint to windows hello. After set up fingerprint, you can turn on Core isolation.

I found the solution myself. In the windows recovery environment, I ran a factory reset. The system has reset, while the latest win11 pro update remains. After that everything worked perfectly
